Smarttv123 Octa Air — product not received

I have made payment for 3 nos. Octa air on feb.27, 2018 (Transaction no. [protected] from my hdfc bank account). However i have not received product till the date. I. E. May 4, 2018. Meantime, i had written many mails to octa air support ([protected]@smarttv123.com), however, receiving similar standard replies again and again without actually looking into the matter.

I have also attached octa air confirmation letter which i received after payment.

I expect either to receive product immediately or to receive my money back
