Sir,
I have purchased four units of the octa indoor antenna but there is no visible manufacture name or product code of octa company but these units are simply plastic sheets of 3 inch width & long 12 inch with 4-5 meters wire. I tried days together to get result which company has promised/highlighted in the advertisement but nothing has achieved. It comes simply black & snowing., it seems that the company in india is looting the people. The parcel in which these units were packed does not have been postal address from these has been dispatched only mark is asl asendia. Therefore i am searching all aspects to suit against the company under criminal law as the company have cheated me with an amount of rs.8545/-. The money has been detected and credit to qbuyersservice.com gbr and hrlpdeskp.com gbr dated 6.3, 2018 under merchant city id consumerdurable.com besides made inconvenience.
