I had made an order at this website www.smartwatchis.com on 18/02/2020 for smart watch (W-series 34 waterproof smart watch). When i received the shipment, the product was another one. The shipment i received was 1 ordinary watch that is fake and fault watch that too of substandard quality. I made the order via cash on delivery mode and paid an amount of rs.1699 inr.
Please take the necessary action as soon as possible and and if possible to please provide my money back.
