I have ordered fossile smartwatch (As shown in the website of the company). The mode of payment was cash on delivery. The parcel was delivered yesterday with no smartwatch in it. Instead it contains rs. 200 wristband that too faulty. I want to raise complaint against this company and want my money back. I have ordered a w series smartwatch from the [censored] company but I receive the totally different product it was a simple watch which is very low quality I don't know why they are doing this taking customers money and giving them wrong products I want my refund as soon as possible I am complaining in police about this company.
