I had made an order at this website www.smartwatchis.com on 18/02/2020 for smart watch (W-series 34 waterproof smart watch). When i received the shipment, the product was another one. The shipment i received was 1 ordinary watch that is fake and fault watch that too of substandard quality. I made the order via cash on delivery mode and paid an amount of rs.1699 inr.
Please take the necessary action as soon as possible and and if possible...

I have ordered the below mentioned watch.. But i received fasttrack basic watch... Is this the way that you treat your customers.. Based on the trust we buyed... But you people cheated us.

This is not acceptable we need immediate refund of this payment and take your watch.

W-series34 waterproof smart watch...

This is mihir dhaigude from pune, maharashtra. I have seen the advertisement in instagram & later i ordered smart watch (Gen 5 smartwatch - julianna hr black stainless steel) from this website directly and then paid full in cash to blue dart courier. Later when i have checked the product it is not what i have ordered so cheap quality, it is not even working. I have been cheated by them. Not just me so many people by them. I got the fake product...

This is abhijeet from indore (Mp) even i got the fake product from the same company (Smartwatchis). On there website they have only mail i'd to contact. I have mailed them many times but they are not responding to the mail. This company is completely fraud. Many people got trapped. Please take necessary action against the company. Even i want my money back. I lost 1800 rs. My order was fossil watch....

I have ordered fossile smartwatch (As shown in the website of the company). The mode of payment was cash on delivery.
The parcel was delivered yesterday with no smartwatch in it. Instead it contains rs. 200 wristband that too faulty.
I want to raise complaint against this company and want my money back.

I have ordered gen5 smartwatch from www smartwatchis.com. The parcel was delivered today but it contains rs 200 wristband which is faulty. I have paid rs 1800 to courier delivery person and got this fraudulent piece.
Please let me know how can i take action against this website so that other people will not get trapped.
They were showing fossils watch and sent rs200 faulty wristband....

I had order FOSSIL watch.but I got fast track watch. And the quality of the watch are bad and there is no reply for my mail to smartwatchis.com.I need to replace my order or get refund from smartwatchis.So provide me customer care Number for Smartwatchis or return or refund my order.I was trying to reach them by mail but it as no reply.I had sent 4 mails to mail ID given in smartwatchis.com...

I ordered a smart watch from this website .I got a fake an duplicate product. I am trying to make contact via mail but there is no response.It was supposed to be a fossil watch but they delivered a duplicate and ake product.

I ordered a fossil smart watch and got 3 duplicate fastrack watches. And the number given for contact purpose is also not correct. They just have an email address and nothing else. We tried calling also and send an email too. It is a 2000 rs loss. And also the packing does not contain any warranty card or anything. This proves that the item is duplicate....
