I have received a different product from the product which i have ordered. Find the attached images of product i have ordered and product i have received. I don't understand why clear difference is not seen by smashing commerce team. Everyone is just trying to prove that the product is same as you saw in add and ordered. Now can you see the difference of the product. I have received square/ rectangle shape product though i have ordered of other product having cylenderical shape. Need the product get be replaced or cash back as trust from smashing commerce has been broken

Before confirming the booking they given advertising different product so i ordered order awb:[protected], 1 item (S) of rs 480.00.. I have received different product which is 20rs worth.. This is very worst service.. No use at all... Before confirming the booking they have given different products pictures. So

I had ordered pest rellepant from smashing commerece website after seeing the add on the facebook. You are showing the other image on facebook and given me the different product. The product is not working. The company had cheated me. The machine is only giving an annoying sound which results to headache. After using the product the pest are not going outside of the room but the company said that the no pest will be seen in house. But lizards are on the wall. I want my money back otherwise i will file a case on ankita. She nevers pickup the call also.

I was booked through online pest reject product inr 480 cash on delivery, but they given wrong product it's cost around 20 inr and they given expreesbees courier 20 inr delivery charges 440 they are getting per product, cheeting the people with fake and different item, i called and sent mails to them, to replace the wrongly delivered product but they are telling i booked for that wrongly delivered product only. Very worst people they planned to earn money doing like this, comparing to bigger, bigger is very honest we can simply give 480 to them but like this people very worst case.
Middle and lower class people, for one rupee also very important to them. They honestly earning after their common needs rent daily food expenses. Planned to buy their lifestyle improvement needs, like that only i ordered this product.
But this stupid people given 20rupees product and collected 480 rupess, not replacing the product or not refunding the money also. Kindly take action against them and punish them for their entire team whoever involved into this cheeting business.

I have brought the above product which is fake, first the product is not as advertised on Facebook.secondly it is creating irritating sound and their is no result.itbis design to make people to run away from home.
Seeing the product it looks fake and when it use it make sound which is irritating and their is no result, the mosquito is roaming near the unit.
So Request for the refund as per the term of “60days money refund guarantee “

My order no 548849 is recived 25 aug and use this product but product are not working for pest repellent only ultrasound was very irritated i m not satisfied on this product. Becouse my home furniture so many bedbugs and ants but use this product continues 2 days but product are not working only sound. Pls return your product and back my money pls do some my problem.

I ordered "pest reject" product online from https://smashing.store/pest but i have been delivered a fake product and they have collected 480 rs and are now not willing to take back the fake product which i havent opted for, it's a clear case of cheating where they are displaying "product a" but delivering sub quality "product b"

I am following up from last 3 days but all in vain. They dont have customer care number thus i sent email but they are simply trying to justify there fake product.

Some points about this fraudster:

1) mobile number shared by customer success manager, smashing commerce (Ankita basak, +91-[protected]) is fake, i tried dialling so many times but number automatically gets disconnected.

2) you won't find any other contact number on their site.

3) if you try to write review you will get error message "comments section currently closed"

4) they sell only one fake product :)

5) there is no option of paying by credit card/ debit card/ internet banking/ wallet; only option is cod.

6) in facebook if you click on https://smashing.store/pest then it will take you to https://smashingcommerce.com/products/ultra-sonic-mosquito-rat-and-pest-repellen...⇄ and after seeing this link you will get convinced that its a genuine product but what they are delivering is https://smashingcommerce.com/products/copy-of-ultra-sonic-mosquito-rat-and-pest-...⇄ (https://smashingcommerce.com) observe clearly the url shows product as "copy-of-ulstra...". It means they have already planned for fraud from the beginning.

7) there is no mention of terms & conditions anywhere.

In the end i would like to say beware of such fraudsters who by cheap means are trying to fool innocent customers.

Popular in india is the site where they have advertised there fake product, looks like "popular-in-india" is also hands-in-glove with them.

You are cheating. Giving different product. Kindly provide return policy and contact no. Why you are giving different product and showing different. If you dont return the product i will complain in consumer court and police. You don't have customer care no your product is not acceptable because you it's quality so poor. I am warnnig you last time return my product

I have ordered on 21st august 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i canceled my order in next 10 minutes after getting the product but they are not canceling nor picking up the call. They have shown me in the picture a good one but they sent me fake one. So i want to cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call.

This product is fake.. Does not work. I got it today. The sales person ankita rosario is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.

Device is not actually same shown while placing order and not any getting result from produ3ct. I got this product on 17/08/18. Product which i got is very light and only making some noisy sound, we lots of cockroaches in our home and also mosquitoes so please solve my problem other wise from next time i will not order any product from smashing commerce.

Company doing advertisement for their product is not same as delivered, and what has delivered it is not effecting as advertise and as per information about the product. There is a contact number but any one not receive it.

I have received an item"pest repellent" from smashing commerce through facebook ads. It was a fake product which not same as we ordered. It makes more noise. We want to talk by company but their is no response. I send a complain by email then they answered use the product 60 days but why we use fake product. Product seems not more than 50rs and we paid 480rs.

Supplied a fake product ultrasonic pest repellent and after opening the box we have seened the fake product smell making unconscious if we plug in. The courier has collected rs..480 and went off before opening the box. Request a refund to come and registered as a complaint. The advertisement of pest control was given in facebook.com pages and redirects to their sites to buy it. The picture of pest control given in that is different what they supplied...
