I have tried to cancel my order which i made accidentally but i am not getting any response. I am continuously got the below email.

Its been more than 25 days am emailing them to make a return pickup but with different mail names they are sending the same content of mail. The product appeared on instagram ad is different from the product i received but they are not accepting the fact. 'rs.480 is not a matter you can spend' is the spectacular sentence used by them. Kindly asking again to make a return pickup and return my money. Thankyou.

I placed an order for pest repellent by watching add in facebook on 18/08/2018. I received the parcel on 20/08/2018 containing different fake product. Immediately i sent an email with screenshot of the original product for which we placed the order, and asked for the refund. But she is certifying that this is the real product by sending different official page, which shows the same product which they sent.

Issue Description:
The product appeared in an advertisement on Instagram was different than the one delivered to me. Even on the confirmation email picture of the product was same as advertised.
Some kind of cheap fake product is delivered. I sent the pictures comparing both to their customer care but they are saying functionality is same only look and feel is different. Trust me it is as different as a Square from Circle. There is no invoice, no instruction manual, no warranty card with the product. Product is delivered without any company packaging in a normal plastic sheet wrap.

Cutomer Care Support:
I have sent them 6-7 emails in past 5 days but they keep on repeating the same stuff instead of answering my queries also not commenting anything on money refund. Their Customer Care numbers are never answered.

Saw an advertisement on facebook, i ordered electronic pest repellent from smashing commerce against cod. I received some other local machine,
And not the one shown on fb as a product. I have ordered on 18th aug. 2018, electronic pest repellent machine and it does not get rid of roaches as claimed by the company. Hence, pl refund my money rs 480 /- immediately.

There was no instruction card no details about the product.. If we buy any electrictronics or appliance from market there are some papers with details written about the product.. Bt there was nothing. Only a pest repellent rapped in bubble paper.. With no name.. Or anything.. I m not satisfied with this product n want my ₹480 back as earliest

I ordered the pest repellent which is you shown other model and i get other model which is not shown at the placment of product so i want refund ofthe same product... It is cash on delivery... I have received a damaged mosquito kill pest repellent
On 16th aug 2018 from smashing commerce. So after checking the product damaged i call the return merchant number but he is not lifting my call. I don't know what to do as am helpless by ordering the product on smashing commerce. Please help me and resolve my issue.

I am not satiesfied this product i received today. Not work properly. Quality is very poor. So want return this product my order id is WG3QVVPJQT. This product is fake, it does not work.in the facebook ad, the product is looking more and sending more. It does not come with me alone, but with many people in india. I did not rece.
