The company is doing totally fraud with the consumer as the product they are showing on the website is different they are providing to the consumer. And the product is third class and not working

I tried to contact to the lady ankita who emailed me twice before delivery of the product and now she is not responding my emails and there is no contact number to complain about this

Its fake. Because in fb ad it shown good product. But when i show on my hand its totally different. Its fraud. And it so noisy. And its not working. I lost my money. No one can pick up my phone. Its not genuine. Plz dont purchase it. And i want to refund my money any one listing or not. Its smashing commerces responsibility to refund our money 480/- its not little money.

I have received a product 'pest repellent' from 'smashing commerce' through facebook advertisement. It is a useless product with lot of noise. I just want to return it but couldn't because of no response from their team. Even i am trying to contact them via call but no one responding.
They charged me 480 rupees. It costed around 30 rs. For the received product. They mentioned had a money back guarantee within 2 weeks but now not responding on calls.

I purchased a pest repellent from smashing commerce website through face book ad on 17.08.18. The product delivered is entirely different from the product shown in the fb ad. The product does not satisfy the main use of it, even after switching it on lizards and cockroaches are still there. The product looks like a toy not as if like a pest repellent. I want to get a refund of rs 480 from the company. Please do the needful.

Hi team, i purchased a product mosquito repellent home protection from smashing commerce but got a duplicate one.

The product is a defective piece and hell not of noice.
I see some 400 complaints on this smashing commerce but none of them are looking like resolved.
Please help out all these people.
Wondering why there was no action taken against this people yet.
They are fooling around with all the customers and none aresatisfied with the product.
Its a fake product and makes horrible noise, all have same complaint.
So it a fake company and they are keeping on playing with customers.
I had to pay 480 rupees.
Please help out and get this beggar's behind the bar.
Don't allow them to fool anymore people.
We are literally wasting your time sending out emails and trying to contact this people.
Please see to that they don't do any more business.

My order no 467399 then they send from ankita khan email the show my order no jr5r2nbfj7 order date 10 aug 3018 both mail come same date then they delivery the product on 17 aug 2018 and this product is from ads and it's doesn't work like that product. So my request to please give genuine product or refund my money.

I have ordered (Order # 487895) on 13th August 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad service i want to cancel that order and want my refund, but they are not picking up the call.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

Moreover, the product was very bad and very noisy too.

Please ask them to cancel my order.

I have been received the call on dated[protected].he says that i am speaking from freshndeal HE says to me that i have been received the consumer complains to your side.please provide your card details for refund amount INR-1299/- i has been provide my bank card details him and deduct Amount INR-1299/- my account.
i confirm the freshndeal at this regarding, but he says that i have been no any body talk to him this regarding. i was surprised seen this.
Actual he is a frudcall.
I want refund my same amount.

I, yogesh kumar, ordered pest repellent worth rs. 480.

The item is delivered to me today at approx 10 a. M. The box when opened (Made video), the item is found damaged from base of its plug pin and also it's not the same or similar product as shown in the advertisement. It seems like local made item worth rs. 50

I want to return it & my money back.

Item supplied vide my order no. #460264 / #zt3zvnaspd is of inferior quality and it is different from the same booked by me. I had booked the a soundless beautiful model od pest repeller item as visible in add, but the delivered item is neither soundless nor it's model is the same as shown in the adding screen (Facebook).
I do not want this item, hence please arrange to get it replace.

I have ordered a pest repeller from smashing commerce on 26th july via order id#khgsrc7mda. Overusing the product more than two weeks i find it useless and harmful for health as it is too noisy. They r cheating customer and despite of several complaints they r not getting refunds. They r making us fool by selling rs. 40-50 machine in 480. Please ban this company for selling products in india and help me get refund.
