I have received a Courier of Pest Repellent machine from Smashing Commerce but they delivered a local product, not the same which is showing on the website. This product market value approx. Rs. 50-100/- only but they charged Rs. 480/- . I don't want this product, please return it and refund Rs. 480/- immediately.

Order No.#X2JCFZJ725, for Pest Repellent. The product not only has irritating sound but it smells very very very dirty and it is claimed to be room freshener. I am not at all happy with this product, I don't want such dirty room freshener, request a refund on the same. Ankita Bhore, Customer Success Manager, Mobile No. [protected], is not at all reachable, have sent email and tried best to call her but not reachable. No reply to my email as well.

I am Siva Prasad, from Visakhapatnam, On see the add i have ordered the pest repellent, I have recieved on 11th july 2018, It is damaged and It is totally waste, after switching on all the lizards, ants, mosquitoes and insects, were doing they job, only affected are the people living in our house with that irritating sound,
I have called the mob nos +91 [protected] / +91 [protected] but no response ( not answering disconnecting ), i sent Sms still no response,
I request to refund my Rs. 480/- and take back your product.

Booked an Ultrasonic Pest Repellent, received a car polish product.
Product arrived yesterday, 11 July after 6 PM through XpressBee delivery. Paid full amount of Rs. 480 as the COD price mentioned on the bill.
The product was poorly packaged.
Opened to find a Car Coating polish product instead of the Pest repellant it was supposed to be.
Mobile Number given in the confirmation message is not reachable. Ringing a couple of times, often responding as busy, and not connecting at all.
No way to lodge a complaint on the website. Duped me of the entire amount.
Can't find any way to escalate the issue.
I need to get a refund and return the product.
Attached are the images of the wrong product and the invoice attached on the product box.

I purchased this product. This is totally local make. Worth Rs.50. but they are selling Rs.450. Also, when you plug in to switched board, it give more noise that human will also will die. Do not purchase this product.

I have ordered on 6th July 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews I have cancelled my order via email, but they are not cancelling nor picking up the call. Even I tried calling them on the helpline number. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call nor responding the call. It is very annoying.

It is not at all similar to the product as shown in their advertisement it is like things sold on handcart in some village.
& moreover its vibration sounds are so loud that its not possible to sit for humans in the house forget to search the pests whether it is repelling or not.
They are giving 60 days moneyback gurantee but now no response from their side.The product is also damaged & not worth Rs 480.I feel cheated & want my money back...

Very very bad thing www.smashingcommerce.com website is not at all worthy and is making sound which is unpleasant.I have contacted them for return but they are neither processing the return nor replacement. Instead they are trying to convince me to use that product for 60 days and see the result. But the sound produced from it is not at all pleasant. So I can't use it. I have ordered (Order Id: 2FA2A35QZ7) on 9 July 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine but due to product bad reviews i canceled my order in next 6 hours, but they are not canceling nor picking up the call. Please insist them not to deliver the product to my address and cancel the order.

The customer service manager is not picking up the call not responding the call. It is very annoying.

Moreover, the product review was very bad and particularly heard that it is very noisy too.

Please ask them to cancel

I have ordered uv mosquito repellent through smashing commerce website on jul 6th and order #156614. Today I have received parcel and when I opened it was car policy. Really shocking and when I checked the courier boy, he told to initiate return from the website. I have wrote a mail stating to return the product and process my refund. There no response till now. Please take appropriate action and help to get the refund.

There is return policy, you cannot write the review, all the reviews are fake. This website company should be banned so that they cannot cheat other customers
