I watched a video from smashing commerece on facebook. It has been observed that a meachine withthe help which all the insect in the house run out away. I ordered that meachine by looking at the video. I brought that meachine to the house and then use it and see if somthing is not working means useless. It was shown that some different products were found at the time of getting some different product orders. Company suggest me use this product...

Today the product was delivered and when i pulgged it in it started making annoying noise and one cannot tolerate it. Mosquito was hovering aorund it.
When i tried to reach customer care numbers ([protected] and [protected]) it rigs once and disconnects, this looks to be the numebrs are not receiveing any call. I have not paid till now they said they will collect it at 3pm.

I do not know how to tackle it.

I had ordered for a pest repellent from smashing commerce company which promised that this product can be used in the house and repels all the house pest but surprisingly i received a room freshner that to makes so much noise i don't want it, yes ankita does not receive calls kindly refund my money it is this is pure cheating and i want this company to be punished for cheating and refund my money...

The machine doesnt look like what it was shown at the time of placing ad there is no company name moreover it is broken i have already paid 380 rs to the courier guy kindly replace or refund

I recieved pest repillant from smashing commerce before 6 days. I was daily plug in electric board as per direction. But the rat is passing nearby from this device. What is the use of this device. The number given in SMS are not valid. The customer care executive Ankita is not replying or not recieving the call.I will go to consumer court.

I have ordered on 29th july 2018, pest repellent - ultrasonic machine.
This product is fake.. Does not work. And product is crick, i got it today. The sales person ankita sharma is a liar she said she has personally used the product and is 100% pest repllent. This product that i got is useless. And makes irritating noise which give headache.

Sir this is my order no. 7whwmq72p3 i get today my order. I ordered mosquito repellent but they sent pro polish i want my money back please resolve my issue. I have given the payment to the site but i didnt find any complaining or return policy on smashing commerce they have sent pro polish in place of mosquito repellent it is the worst website that i had i request you to kindly resove the issue.

Maine pset (Mosquitoes, rat, lizard etc) ke liye order kiya tha par mujhe car polish mila main apne product ko change karna chahta hun. Please change my product. My product price is 380 rs. But aaj maine apne product ki delivery aane par usme mujhe mere product ki jagah car polish mili jisi main ab change katna chahta hun. Sir jis no. Se mujhe call aaya us no. Par maine call kiya par no. Nahi lag raha hai....

I hv got pest repellent advertised to get away pests from home via ultrasonic dound produced by the said repellent. Also claimed in ad that its sound is not audible to human nor it is harmful. Bt the reallity is just reverse. It produces an irritating shrillind continuous noise shich is unbearable to human sars. This is not the product i ordered. Kindly clear return procedure and my refund 380/ at the earliest....
