SMC Global Securities — fraud by smc executive and no redress by smc despite complaining against them through mail

SMC is a fraud and cheat company and people must be aware of this.

In December, I received a call from executive Ms. Ishani singh for a Bhart AXA Life ELITE ADVANTAGE PLAN policy and offered me following:

- Domestic/International tour voucher with 12 years membership for club.
- 12 years health insurance for two people (Insured & nominee).
- and withdrawal of total money without any penalty at 9.5% interest after 12 years.

She also specifically told when cofirmation cal comes, do not disclose these benefits as these are special benefits given to customers by SMC.

Later I received only following:
- policy bond paper on my name with lots of incorrect information which were never asked and without the promised policy benefits and
- tour voucher.

When asked for correction in policy, She told that someone named Rahul Agarwal will call and take the corrected information and a new policy documents will be issued with correct details and promised policy benefits and this will be issued before the Free look period so if I am not satisfied I can cancel. :
Rahul called and promised to correct all detail and arrange everything within 4 days, during free look up period.
He also informed me that correction request sent to bharti axaand for rest I should talk to Ishani.

However, nothing happened. Free look period is over. She stopped receiving calls or was giving false promises. The she said she had gone abroad and will do the job after coming back.

However, now her phone is unreachable.

I contacted Bhart AXA but their customer executive told that since the policy was through SMC, so they will service the policy.

Now, after 6 months, nothing happened. Ishani's phone is unreachable. Their runner Gaurav Singh has blocked me. One more person named Dhananjay Sharma is also hand in glove with them.

Now I can not even cancel the policy.

I complained to SMC in writing with the names and numbers of the persons concerned but they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing.

I have now realized that SMC is cheating people with these type of executives.

I will like Bharti AXA also to take action against such fraudulent nature of business by SMC
