SMC Global Securities — No one is responding on complain logged 6 months back

Hi

I have an issue and sent mail in month of October but like govt organisations they give me time lines on phone for last 6 months and no one reply on mail or resolve the issue neither saying anything

Request to higher authority please ask anyone to do so
