Delivery boy of e comm express was pick up the return package but not submitted yet office also not returning package.

We have received 5kurtas costing rs.600/ with awb number[protected] on 21.04.2017 and order no. S[protected]. Butthe size of the kurtas were very small. We want to exchange for size xxxl.

We request you to make immediatre arrangements for exchange of the same aswe were going to foreign on 5.5.2017. Very very urgent..

Vide order no. S[protected] and s[protected] i paid for a. 3 leggings & 3 kurtis and 3 white shirts for summer and b. 4 kurtis and 5 casual shirts for men. Out of which i have received a. 3 leggings & 3 kurtis and b. 4 kurtis. I am surprised to note that the items supplied are of very poor quality and size mismatch. I am totally dissatisfied. I bought these through whaaky.com but on contacting them they say contact smilenbuy, the nos shown on your site is not in service. Now please let me know how can i return these items and get my money back, immediately.

I buy sumsung power bank + alumni wallet + wrist watch on 20 April but unfortunately goods was not delivered . Again I reorder same goods on15 June that also not deliver . I want to know, Smile N buy online shopping is fake or what. Plz provide me regionable result.

I had ordered for 5 wrist watches. It was delivered at my home. As i am serving outside Rajkot when i reached home after 7 days, I found that all 5 wrist watches are totally different from the watches shown in the advertisement by smile N Buy. Not enough, its quality is also poor and one watch in damaged condition. So I sent an e-mail on 1-4-15 and comp.no. was given 151 then again I sent e-mail and tried to contact on mob.no.[protected] but no reply from co. I have paid rs.699/-. sir i have received your order. it is not as per stated on your site. you have stated that it is 2 battery of 10400 each. battery you supplied is only one of 20800 mah. battery supplid by smilenbuy is not genuine mi battery. it is dupplicate one. it does not charge my 1300 mah mobile phone battery for once. it get dischrged in 10 minits only. i think it is matter of cheatig. i have registed complaint on customer care. they are talking to email on help desk. they have no satisfactory answer . i want to return the battery supplied, please arrange for same. this is very disappointing. your after sale service is very poor. customer care phone does attende.they disconnect phone without reply. i have purchased batterry from smilenbuy, your site does not show my order on my account. please do needful and give me eply. i am taking advise from consumer forum for that. i have already email you about complaint, but thare is no reply from you, which is very disappointing. customer/-- suryakant chintaman pimple ph. no. sir as per above order, you have supplied mi power bank is defective, mismatched and duplicate. it get discharge in 10 minites. iot is 21800 mah battery and unable to charge even 10000 mah battery . i have made 15 email on help desk . they only say that your mail mis receive, but after 10 day there is no repli. smienbuy ahmedabad, delhi customer care are not attandending complaint call on customer care no. smilenbuy chef mr. prabhat somani ([protected]) has disconned phone without reply. he is cheater. does not care customer. please arrange for return/ refund for defective product as early as possible.

sir, we have ordered the pack of xiaomi powerbanks in which we got a defective one in that, we have sent a mail regarding that issue but there is no positive response from them.We have also spoken to the customer services of smile n buy who told that your issue was solved but till now we haven't got any mail or call from them.We want to return that products

I recently placed an order on SMILE N BUY for an offer on watches http://smilenbuy.in/index.php/today-s-deals/watch.html It was foolish on my part for not doing a background check for the authenticity of the company and its website. On making the payment, the money was deducted from my bank account, a sum of Rs 999/- However I did not receive any confirmation that the order has been placed, moreover when I checked the site it shows that my order has been cancelled and till date no refund has been made of the payment. I tried the helpline numbers but they are of no use and are unresponsive. I definitely believe that the company and the site are both a sham and I hope strict legal action is taken against such dishonest agencies/companies/organization.

Bedsheet you delivered all are same color and same shade while on site you showing 5 different color bed sheets. Please replace my both items . Owner of SmileNbUy is MR.Prabhat Somani. His contact number is [protected] . When I recieved the product from the DTDC courier I found that the tablet is missing and the product that was sent is not the actual one that I have requested. the box contains only the usb cable and the ear phoned. Box name just shows "Tablet PC" but no where I could see the name of the product "DOMO N8 3RD" anywhere including the manual. This shows that he has sent a wrong product. I paid an amount of 4549. I have a raised a complaint against DTDC too as the Item was missing. I couldnt trace where the Item was missed either from the seller or from courier.

Please refer to the photo snapshots attached which shows the item recieved.

He is a fraud and cheating. I have even seen many complaints on this guy who sends always wrong , not working and damaged products in the smae consumercomplaints forum.

Please look into this problem.

Guys, be aware of this guy and SmileNBuy. Do not buy anything from this seller.
