Delivery boy of e comm express was pick up the return package but not submitted yet office also not returning package....

We have received 5kurtas costing rs.600/ with awb number[protected] on 21.04.2017 and order no. S[protected]. Butthe size of the kurtas were very small. We want to exchange for size xxxl.

We request you to make immediatre arrangements for exchange of the same aswe were going to foreign on 5.5.2017. Very very urgent..
