Smile N Buy — smilenbuy gujarat, mi power bank supplied is not original and not working

order no.[protected] shipment no .[protected] i have purchased two mi power bank of 10400 mah each from smilenbuy.as per their online advertisement. before purchase they told me that it is original product. they supplied me 20800 mah mi power bank, which get discharge in 10 minits . it even does not charge my 1300 mah mobile battery for one time. i have mi powerbank on their original site. there is no power bank of 20800 mah is available. product supplied to me is duplicate and fake one. smilenbuy cheating people. there after sale service is very poor. i wrote them to arrange for return. there is no reply. there gujarat cutomer care no ([protected]) does not even take complaint . they does not answer to complain and disconnect phone every time. dont buy anything on smilenbuy. there stsrted business of cheating only. i am taking advise of consumer forum for cheating and refund.
