Smokin Joes — amount not refunded | |||||
I had ordered pizza on 7th dec 2017 at around 9pm and had asked smokin joes oshiwara andheri west outlet to carry a pdq machine to make a card payment, however the person came with a faulted machine and i was charged rs.980/- twice and they promised me to refund the amnt very next day, it has been 3days now and i have made several calls to them but they keep saying, we do not have delivery boys to refund your said amount. This kind of negligence shall not be tolerated at all. Hope this complain of mine goes to the highest authority of the concern department and strict action shallbe taken against their staff.
