I had called the smokin joes pizza in porvorim goa for ordering a pizza, however since they said it could take 40mins to deliver the same we cancelled the order. (Since we had to go to a movie) despite cancelling the order, the delivery boy forcefully tried to deliver the pizza at a wrong house number. And the next day the owner of franchise mr. Brian started abusing us that he will serve us a day old pizza if we dint pay for the order. We did not receive any confirmation message of the order. We had specifically said we are cancelling the order and the manager said "ok". Despite that they are not willing to accept their mistake and owner of the smokin joes porvorim franchise hurdled insults at us and also used abusive language. He said he will come to our house to extort the money. I will never recommend anyone if this is the service provided by smokin joes. Very insulted and disgusting. Was this information helpful? |
