The order #2442668 was placed on 4th of September, the products were seperated into 2 shipment only one product was delivered on 10th of Sept (shipment #1) and I through will get the other in few days but in few days I suspect and check the "order details" section just to end up in shock because all of a sudden my other shipment also shows it was delivered but not with exact detail because once it's in outside it shows as its delivered on 16th but if I open to see detail further it's shows as 10th of Sept, it looks like I have been scammed, may be it's because of the application issue or something which is really disappointing because I didn't even get an OTP over that orders to get it from the delivery person. Raised an complaint as soon as I saw this but it was neglected, so till this day I'm calling the customer care center again and again hoping to see if I could get my products but end up just to them saying "we will resolve this and get back at you" which never happend in past few months or to end up with "executives busy will call you back tone" which is very bad, Please resolve this issue asap it's been months already.
