[Resolved] Smytten — 4 trial points worth Missing product

A 4 trial point product called eye gel mask (blue) was missing in the smytten package I received
And instead of the gel eye mask, I got a plastic phone toy which most of the time is given for free in the app (0 trial point)

But The app clearly shows that I've been delivered the full package

I'm hoping for this issue to be resolved asap and receive my gel eye mask

Immediately after noticing the missing product I first filed a complaint on the app using "raise a query" option, Provided them w brief description and photos of the products I did received. And after a day or 2, I got a cashback of 120 rupees in my bank account

Smytten customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
