I've placed an order on 13th April, 2023.

I've ordered total 4 items from smytten shop, it was PREPAID and they were divided into 2 shipments, each shipment had 2 products. One shipment was delivered rightly. But the other shipment was supposed to deliver 2 products- maybelline highlighter and the derma co sunscreen. But I received only the maybelline highlighter and the sunscreen was missing. Even I've not received the invoice of that shipment.
I've already raised a ticket in the app with supporting evidence but the system rejected it for not enough information.
And the smytten team doesn't even give response of the mails.
I just want refund, I don't want that product anymore, I just don't want anything from smytten anymore, I just want my money back.
