Smytten — Delivery delay

I didn't receive my package I have order it on 2nd Jan 2021 and I was informed that I will receive my package on 7th Jan but I didn't even received any call and I was again informed that as I didn't accept the package the package was undelivered I was confused and replied to the delivery team that I want my package again on 8th but till now 10 th Jan I didn't receive my package plz inform me what was the problem?
