[Resolved] Smytten — Delivery not attempted, rto lock applied

I placed order on smytten on 28th december 2020, Order No. #1389339 The ecom express took back the shipment to origin RTO, without even attempting the delivery once, no one contacted me. These smytten people don’t even have a customer care number to call and talk. I need my money right back to the origin or the delivery of the products. I am even confused if this is a scam by smytten and ecom express together +3 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (3)
Jan 19, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved They reached out to me through mail and responded very positively and initiated another trail pack to me. Smytten customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

They didn’t do anything
Literally anything
I guess it’s a scam by Smytten and ecom express to loot customers
I can’t even see the reason to order from these scamming websites right now
People should be aware of these scams at this point
This is the response I received when I mailed them
