Smytten — Delivery of the products I ordered

On 11 April 2023 at 04:26 pm i had ordered 10trial products { Trail Order #9539988 } for which i had paid ₹199 by online payment and that it showed that my product will be delivered till 16 April 2023 but 2days it start showing delay in delivery and after it they said that i had asked them for cancellation, but they have policy to verify cancellation by otp which they had not done how they would do it when no one had arrived at my address after 2-3time i dis agree from cancellation they himself cancelled it. Now on asking for refund delhivery partner said that we don't know ask from smytten and smytten saying we don't refund delivery charges why should I pay when nothing had arrived at my home i want my refund
