Smytten — For not receiving my order

I ordered Rosemary essential oil and Mamearth onion hair kit on 5 march but i only received essential oil on 9 march it shows that my hair kit will be delivered on 11 march but today is 13 march and i didn't received my order yet please deliver my order as soon as possible as i already paid the amount otherwise i m never using your website again and i will complain about your company 😡😡deliver my order as soon as possible or i will sign a complaint against you whenever i call on your customer care it never connects my call it jusy says wait we are connecting your call but it never connects i m definitely going to complain about your company i[censored] don't deliver my order
