Smytten — Fraudulent done to customer after taking full payment for all items only 1 product sent

Its been a nightmare ordering from this company. Government should take strict steps to ban these kind o[censored]nauthorised business. I ordered two items worth of 500 bucks on 18th June one stretch marks cream and a face pack, each 100 grams which makes 200 grams, but today I received only one item that is the face pack and a tiny coffee pouch of 2gms worth of Rs.5 . The order id is #10773021. Just imagine what kind of fraud they are. They are doing this with lakhs of customers everyday, snatching their money with their stringent policies like non returnable, non refundable, non replaceable. Hopefully this company will not go long with these kind of fraudulent business. I request the Government to take strict action against them and put them behind the bars.
