On 18th of may i placed an order confining 7 products, but on 23rd may when i received delivery, only 4 of 7 products were delivered, as any other customer would do i filed and raised a query
they provided me with a ticket number #319912 and promised to resolve it within 48 hours, but its been a while they havent looked into the matter not even responded with an email
by consumer rights i demand either a refund or delivery of missing products from order or any type of compensation Was this information helpful? |
