I placed an oder on smytten date 12th oct 2023 and received the partial order on 16th oct 2023. In the box that i received there were missing products, i have raised the complaint regarding and today i.e. 19th oct 2023 i received the message that they don't have sufficient information so they are closing my complaints.
What kind of service are they providing to their customers.. my ticket numbers 394032, 394033, 394035 have been closed with a note that "they can't find sufficient information". I have attached proper photos of the delivery box i have received from their end... box was in good condition the only concern that the products cost 1047 Rs are missing from the box

2. Precision face razor from bombae
3. Maybelline waterproof mascara
Are these people playing with their customers.
They are definitely loosing one of their customers today, and even i will inform everyone in my circle to not trust their service and specially their customer care team.
It is definitely their responsibility to check what they are promising is also delivering to their customers.
