Smytten — No replacement of the altered and damaged product I recieved

So I ordered plum vanilla vibes body mist it came in a damaged condition the product was leaking and the liquid inside the plastic bottle is definitely not body mist the liquid has a purplish tint to it and has a strong smell of hand sanitizer it gives a clear indication that my product has been altered.
I am expecting a replacement of the product but the customer care team is not responding and neither providing me with any necessary information regarding the replacement whether I'll receive one or not and if I get a replacement how long will it take.
