Smytten — Not received product yet

My smytten trial order no: 10757424 and shop order no: 2983136 was shown as out of delivered on 25/06/2023 but order not get yet but the order status he write on smytten like the attempt delivery but i dont get any call and message regarding my order I haven't received my package. It's been 6 days and the package is missing. I dont know where in my order .I want to know about the delivery of my package asap!I want to cancel my order.my product is not delivered to me.i want my money back.am also ordered paid on online. Please consider my issue.
