Smytten — Order delayed (unable to locate my location)

I had ordered few trial packs from smytten on 30th April 2023, it was displayed that the order will be delivered on 4th May 2023 but it was delayed and shifted to 6th May 2023, its 6th May already and I have still not received my order. Kindly fix this issue and deliver my order as soon as possible. Thank you!
