Smytten — Order not received

Address:DHANNA LAL KA BAGH,TARFARA ROAD ,HATHRAS

My order delivery date was 24 march but I still haven't received it. There is no way to contact smytten and talk. It's a prepaid order and i can't even cancel order and get a refund.
