Smytten — Refused for delivery and not refunding the money in my account

I placed a trial order and had to pay 199/- for that with a condition that I would get that amount in my Smytten wallet as a cashback which I can use for future orders. But that comes with a 30 days expiry, and minimum order amount should be 800. Okay I did that placed that order because I did not want my money to be lying in that wallet with 30 days expiry. I placed the order, I needed them urgently and I ordered because I was given expected delivery date of 4th October. But we understand that there might be a delay of 1-2 days as the process involves a lot of things. But then we were given date of 5th Oct. Order didn't arrive then also. Then I was given date of 8th October. Still did not get it. Then I got the date of 10th Oct which is still reflecting in my smytten app. Then I I constantly sending mails but getting no response. Finally I got a text message from your end that it will be delivered by 15th October. 15th October has also come and I still did not get my order. I again dropped them mail regarding this and they said that they will not be able to deliver my order so they will be initiating a refund. I especially requested them not to refund any amount in Smytten wallet but in the source account. But now they are saying that partial amount would be sent to my smytten wallet. What is my fault in this? I did place an order and I did use the wallet amount from my end, I did not cancel/return the order, infact they refused to deliver so it should be a courtsey t refund it back to my source account. They are making a trap so that the customer has to order from their website again and again. ery exploitative practice, firstly charging 199/- for trial products with a condition o[censored]sing them in 30 days and when a customer uses that amount, I had to order products minimum 800 to redeem those first), you refuse to deliver the order and get that amount back into smytten wallet. What a trap to make a fool of the customer. If I order something using that cashback even if I don't want to, firstly there will be an expiry date of that amount, secondly I will pay the shipping charge. And the most importantly why will I order products which I don't need? I I ordered the products I needed and it was your fault of not derlivering them so should be your courtesy to refund it back into the source account. I am not asking for extra money for the time I wasted, energy I wasted, the time I kept waiting, follow-up mails I kept writing. I am just asking for the refund of the amount that I paid. Atleast give that back to me as it was not my fault at all.
