Dear Sir, I had purchased a Nocer-Dicer kitechen set at a cost of Rs 620/-, the product delivered was not performing well and found inferior quality. I placed a return product request to Snapdeal. They agreed to return the product but shown inability to pick the product from my home. Snapdeal requested me to send it by any speed post and the speed post charges will be bear by Snapdeal. I returned the product via India Post at a cost of Rs 135/-. Snapdeal has returned me Rs 620/- (Cost of the product) but it has not yet refunded Rs 135/- (Courier Charges). I have made many complains through e-mails and phone calls to them but the response from the Snapdeal is very poor. Every time new person meet at customer call center and their answer is standard "I will forward your request ahead and you will get your money". When we ask about our previous call status they are unable to answer and they only reiterate the same words as above mentioned. I got two time bad products out of three my online purchase with Snapdeal. As per my experience i suggest not to Purchase from this online site. Their services are very bad. They are not capable of meeting their commitments which they have given to the customers.
