[Resolved] Snap Deal.com — Not received cash refund | |||
I have placed an order as per order No.[protected] on 15/10/2014 with Snapdeal as per my firm name 'ALFAB' and paid amount through Federal bank debit card and I have got the authentication by mail from bank. They dispatched the item through Delhivery courier as per AWB No.[protected] and offered the item will be reached to me on 20/10/2014. While I was tracking the courier I understood the item returned to origin and Snapdeal agreed the information and agreed to refund my cash through same bank gateway to me and said that it will take 7 days. Today 6th Nov. 2014 till now I didn't got any refund from them. As per their information the 7 days time period finished on 3/11/2014 after that I tried several time by phone and sent more than 15 mails to them but they are sending same 'copy paste' reply to me. Now I understand they are cheating me so please help me to retrieve my cash as soon as possible. Yours truly Sreenath.P Was this information helpful? | |||
