Hello, please note i purchased a micromax a110q handset (black) from snap deal on 8th feb '14 & i got the delivery on 11th. My order no is [protected]. The handset got some display issue as a big spot appeared in the middle of the screen gradually increased. i informed them about the matter & Snapdeal arrange for reverse pickup of my Faulty handset on 18th feb'14.the same reached them by 25th but till now they unable to provide any solution. after calling call centre so many times they only assure me that very soon i will get my product but it takes long time. request you to please help in this matter.i am worried about my money that i brought for Rs 9270/-.
