I am Rajesh Kumar Living in Kota Rajasthan. I have ordered A Videocon Z45 mobile phone with Snapdeal. My order id. is Order ID: [protected] and Suborder Id is [protected] . My order delivery date is 16 to 17 June2016. Snapdeal Send me through ur courior company but after reach my order in kota the courior agent didn't contact to me. And mark in my order that "Customer refused to accept". But courior Agent didn't contact my address and also me. And i did not cancel my order. I dont want to cancel my order. About this all problem i did mail to snapdeal and courior company also. But still they dont reply. Please take the action about this matter as soon as possible.Thank You.
