Dear sir, I purchased the product from [protected]@outlook.com mail id as well as same freecharge account. my freecharge account mobile number is 7xxxxxxxx2. I used mobile number 9xxxxxxxx2 for shipping facility. At the time of shipping it asked for any contact mobile number not the registered one only. Now you say, this is due to mismatch details. If any such, during order itself it has to mentioned or other number should be disabled from site itself. I guarantee there is 100% no issue from my side. Its from you side and site only. If don't know how to solve this issue, Please escalate this one to your superior or please provide higher authority details.I will deal with them directly. Was this information helpful? | |||||
