I have ordered a pair of shoes but by mistake i ordered the wrong size and cancelled the order just after the order was placed. I was assured that I will have the refund within 4-5 days which was not received. Further there was a deduction again for the same amount with reference to the same transactions date, for which i contacted the company they asked for the bank statement which provided them, and since then I have just received an email which tells that your refud is successful and there are some numbers regarding.
