Hi, My order id is:- [protected] I bought one wallclock of rs 850/ from snapdeal. Snapdeal shipped damaged wallclock somewhere in 20 oct 2016. I returned that item on 24 oct 2016. After successful return, i received a notification "your refund request is being processed (Ticket id:[protected]". Also showing freecharge balance amount of 850/-. But actually in freecharge there is 0 balance. Means snapdeal hot been credited that amount till now. Please help me to get this refund.
