[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Amount was deducted but order was not confirmed
I purchased one product from snapdeal.com and payment was done by net banking via payu.in. But that order was not confirmed and amount was deducted from my account. Then I placed order for same product but again money was deducted and then order was confirmed. So I paid twice for same product. Here are the details of my bank statement,
This is for first order,
Your a/c 31589047 is debited Rs 3999 on[protected] A/c balance is Rs 79589.28 Info: INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN/
This is for second order,
Your a/c 31589047 is debited Rs 3999 on[protected] A/c balance is Rs 75573.03 Info: INB/[protected]/SNAPDEAL(BILLDESK)/NA
Now neither snapdeal or payu is responding on this. Please help to get my money back.
