[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Attempt of fraud and double payment | |||
I have cancelled the order of Voltas Ac order number [protected] as delivery was delayed and was not available to receive it. But delivery was further delayed and reached my home when I had arrived back. I checked there was still no refund so I received the order. Two weeks later company is calling me and asking for repayment stating that money was refunded to me I immediately checked my bank statement which showed no refund.Still they are asking me to pay again and I tried for good about two hours to write a mail to them or speak to executive.
