I booked a product from snapdeal on 05oct2018 it estimated delivery date was 11-15 December . After waiting from more than two month my order didn't shiped to us . I already payed money to Snapdeal for my order
Due to late delivery I bought the product from different shop at high price

Today i received a call from the company through this number +911245004710 And also got a email from the company came through this email id as follow [email protected] On the conversation through call the company executives ask apologize and resolved my from . And committed to refund my money back to my bank . Thank you consumer forum who always eager to help civilian. Thank you very much once again

After complained with you . Today's i want to track my order but i found that in status bar their was mention that my order delivered . I was shocked and now too because I didn't get it still now . I have some screen shots about my order tracking status . But the reality is so far away .

    I have ordered 01 no 250 m2 intellegence health bracelet activity tracker with bluetooth, heart rate monitor, water proof, touch led smart fitness band. I have recvd my order today dated 21st dec 2018 but while i have checked found in this device no bluetooth features available because of that device not connecting with mobile and also no user manual inside the pack my order id is [protected].

      Snapdeal is a reputed company. I can't imagine this gamble of snapdeal with me. My order is fashion lover jew. My order status shows delivered but i didn't get that item. This is a fake invoice. My status show delivered but i didn't receive. Plz solve this peoblem. Its very bad working. Firstly you send that item very very late. Then gamble with me. Plz solve it. If company not proceed against my complain. I will report in police complain.

                A call was received by saying that it was from Snapdeal and congratulating by saying your are the winner of lucky contest.The prize was that a Mahendra xuv500 car.They said that it can be taken by two options
                By home delivery and the marketing value can be taken as cash by paying the TDS of Rs8500 on their account.our account number was taken by them. They were not ready to tell their address.so we came to an conclusion that it was a fake call.

                  I sold one 3d pen through snapdeal
                  Invoice no.: s9d7be/18/1
                  Inv. Dtd: 21-jul-2018
                  Amount : rs.3750/-
                  Buyer is from aurangabad.
                  Item: 3d pen - one set.
                  Courier : vulcan.

                  The parcel was picked up by vulcan.

                  The only mistake we made was that we could not manifest the invoice after the pickup.

                  After several followups, snapdeal says that they never picked up the parcel and hence not responsible for the payment.
                  Also, they charged no-delivery penalty in my account!!

                  I gave them the courier tracking details and that the pacel was well delievred to the buyer throuh vulcan and the payment was collected on delivery from the buyer by the courier.

                  Snapdeal are cheats of first order and give vague replies without any sense at all.

                  They just want to eat up sellers money and make some technical excuses.

                  I demand that:
                  1. Snapdeal pay my dues immediately
                  2. Take action on the snapdeal executives who could not fairly settle this matter.
                  3. Reverse the penaly charges from my account.

                  Do you really want to pay back my money.

                  Shame on Team Snapdeal who are too good only in CLOSING RAISED QUERIES BY THEMSELVES, doing pretty nothing! They take no responsibility other than cheating in deducting various unspecified amount from the money payable to the Seller. Shame on Snapdeal top management who don't even reply to emails sent!
                  Please don't lose hope; service to society is service to God!
                  I am pursuing my complaint with due authorities.
                  Snapdeal has till now not contacted me on the issue of my pending payment against my supplied parcel through them.

                  I understand that they do not wish to accept their mistake and pay back my money.

                    I ordered a saree on the snapdeal app. But before delivery on 12/12/2018, i get a courier from bmp e-group ambanagar udhna magadalla road 395002. That's a cod order worth rupees 1309/-. After paid the money i saw that not my saree which i booked on snapdeal. After 3 days the snapdeal courier boy came to my adress to giving my cod order. I can't understand who ordered me a parcel by bmp e-group.

                            I placed order of "Matrix opticare hair Shampoo + Spa 490 gms + serum 100ml" which is Displaying single product.

                            I placed two quantities of same product. But i got one quantity of the product, and that product is not my product.

                            I want to return it. I raised a return request to Snapdeal but I'm unable to talk to customer representative of Snapdeal.

                            I am sharing two pics. 1st pic is what i ordered, 2nd pic is what I got.

                            It is happening with me 4th time, that i got worng/Duplicate product from Snapdeal.

                            Snapdeal must verify it's products before sending to customer.

                              I got a call from Nitin Kumar Singh and he is saying that he is calling from snapdeal and you are a lucky draw winner and you won a Tata Safari but you have to pay transport amount first which is 45k in two milestone (22500 and 22500). He also send me his Adhar card, Pan card etc. He also mention that your car will transported by Balaji Transport Jharkhand....

                              I have ordered a shoe and then I cancelled it while it was in transit. The issue is I haven't yet got the refund money back. I have ordered it on 10 and it was being delivered very late cause I couldn't have received the product after 15. Which is why I cancelled it. but till now there's no sign of refunding my money back.
                              There's another problem with Snapdeal I have. Yesterday I got a fake call claiming they were talking on behalf of Snapdeal and I have won a car and all that. But the thing here is how these guys know my personal details which they should not. Cause it's very personal data and they knew every detail when and what I ordered and cancelled. This is a serious issue of misleading somebody's personal information. I couldn't care less though cause I'm not gonna order anything from Snapdeal again.
                              (I'm attaching the fake id of that man who claimed to be a Snapdeal employee who was asking me to fill a form and send 8500 rupees as a registration fee.)

                                  There I found a contact no I called up n got the information that I have such amount of money.They ask me about my bank details so that they can credited the amount.
                                  My concern is I never played any lottety so how would I got such lottery amount.
                                  So what will I expect this it is a fraud or scam.

                                    I got the completely opposite product i ordered... I was waiting for it to give to someone on a particular occassion and felt so embarassed... Wrong details are put on webite and cheats poor customers.. It is pure cheating and it should be taken into note... People wait for receive their delivery with so much excitement an this is what snapdeal provides you
