I have received a call which claim call is from Snapdeal and I am the winner of first prize.. The prize is Mahindra XUV 500 or 1260000. To claim they asked for bank account and aadhar details. I immediately understood the call was fraud.

Information of call:
The call received was from number [protected] and the caller states that they operate from Jamshedpur office.

I got this below mentioned message from HP-SNPDLL

Dear coustmer, you won (snapdeal) You won 1st (TATA SAFARI) & market value Rs.12.40.000 Lakh. Pay only Registration Fee of Rs.8499 & detail contact us : help line no.[protected]

How come these fraudulent people get our details?? Snapdeal needs to strengthen its security.
Customer details are not safe there....

Dear Sir, On 18th June 2018, I have ordered one "F1 Car Touchup/Scratch remover Spray Paint " from snapdeal with Order No : [protected], for an amount of Rs 218+ Rs 35 (Delivery Charges). As per the confirmation mail it was supposed to be delivered in between 23rd June - 25th June 2018. Email copy of the details is also attached. I have place my order at 18-6-18 and the order delivered at 26-6-18 but the product is damage so I request our products replacement request to snapdeal website at 28-6-18 and order will pick up at 3-7-18 and ur pick up boye sayes ur order will replace within 3-4 days but till time 10-7-18 I don't received my order & update plzzzz replace my product...

I ordered tronomy s6 + s530 combo in ear wireless earphones with mic on 23rd june 2018. I received this product on 2nd July 2018. When i open the courier, I found only one product, not the combo as mentioned on snapdeal. I returned the product on 3rd July 2018 but till today (09th July 2018), product has not been picked up from my home. Also, I ordered nike black side flip flop on 23rd June 2018. I buyed a watch which was light purple Sonata analog and round dial but I received a watch which was dark purple and heart shaped so I replaced the product the buy came and took the wrong watch and gave a recite and said that your returned watch will come in - 4-5 days, It's 15 days and yet not received my dark purple watch so I request you to look over it as soon as possible....

I had ordered a spy pen it is used by the seller and do not have the push botton. I instantly press the return option. I had press the option on 25 june. on 4th july ( 3 days ago ) i ordered a Dell Vostro 1540 genuine battery from snapdeal today(7/7/18) i received the product but when i opened the box i was shocked it was fake product (you can see the attachment). i tried to call customer care but there is no manual customer service from snapdeal. then i checked that product from dell community by sending product unique id details they replied in a moment by saying...

I bought a sonilex Radio from Snapdeal for Rs 600/- they said if the product does not work they will pick it up and give a refund. They said they will pick up the item and give refund.But now they are refusing. The radio is not working properly and there is no service centre in Goa
I got a shock that SNAPDEAL is a bad company.it has cheated thousands.So why the indian goverment close it down

I had received a call from Snapdeal, the service boy called me and said i won Tata Indigo or 6 Lak* Cash. then he requested me to first deposit 6700 Rs in his bank A/C and some details.
Then i said him that ''i don't want money but can you please give me my ordered product free of cost'' but he is not accepted my offer.

Please stay away from those type of fake callers...

Someone is calling us and r telling that we have won the tata safari from Snapdeal or can take the cash amount and asks our bank details and tells to deposit the tax of 12080 first . I ordered moto e4 plus mobile from snapdeal but inside box there is wrong product I request replace/return on 4 July 2018 request registered but my return item is not pick up by snapdeal after 2 days and snapdeal customer care no. [protected] is no option to talk with customer care I send mail to snapdeal but no action snapdeal takes please help me for that I want my return item refund through bank account...

How are we getting all these stupid calls and SMS??? I guess Snapdeal is only forwarding our details to such fraud people to disturb us on regular basis. It's not only Snapdeal but even with Amazon and Flipkart. It only means that our details are not kept as confidential with these online portals.. so please never give your card details on these sites...ever hope atleast now Snapdeal takes an action...
