Now I am going police station for giving complaint on this fake numbers...

        I orderd some dresses from snapdeal on 7th july 2018, order no-[protected]. Today, July 11, 2018 i received a msg and call which said I am a winner of a lucky draw from snapdeal, & they ask me to deposit 6600/- to register my pprize.They know my every details which I submit to Snapdeal.I checked the number, it is from Bihar, where is no Snapdeal official branch.How can I take a serious action against this fraud and Snapdeal too.How could it possible to reavel my private details to such those fake peoples? Please help me.

        Call with no [protected], [protected], are coming right from the begining jio bihar and airtel bihar.. In truecaller are regularly call for 1260000 rs cash... On 2 july 2018... Is this a fraud are a truth.. As alucky draw...
        You still have not taken any actions against it.. They are doing fraud on your behalf we can cast an fir against u also..

          I have a moto g5s mobile from you which was placed on 28 June 2018 and the expected delivery was between 9 to 11 July .For a week i have been following up for a quicker delivery and you guys were pretending as if you will deliver the product the very next day.
          The product was received in my city on July 2 and still don't have any OUT OF DELIVERY update .
          This is horrible and i didn't expect such delivery by you.As i have done many past orders and they all were quick deliveries.

            Dear Snapdeal team,

            I have received a call which claim call is from Snapdeal and I am the winner of first prize.. The prize is Mahindra XUV 500 or 1260000. To claim they asked for bank account and aadhar details. I immediately understood the call was fraud.

            Information of call:
            The call received was from number [protected] and the caller states that they operate from Jamshedpur office.

            Grievance:
            The concern for me is " How do they know our what we have ordered, when have we ordered, my name and phone number". This is very serious issue. Is there any data/information leak happening from snapdeal?

              I got this below mentioned message from HP-SNPDLL

              Dear coustmer, you won (snapdeal) You won 1st (TATA SAFARI) & market value Rs.12.40.000 Lakh. Pay only Registration Fee of Rs.8499 & detail contact us : help line no.[protected]

              How come these fraudulent people get our details?? Snapdeal needs to strengthen its security.

                Dear Sir, On 18th June 2018, I have ordered one "F1 Car Touchup/Scratch remover Spray Paint " from snapdeal with Order No : [protected], for an amount of Rs 218+ Rs 35 (Delivery Charges). As per the confirmation mail it was supposed to be delivered in between 23rd June - 25th June 2018. Email copy of the details is also attached. Repeated email done at Snapdeal help-desk ([protected]@snapdeal.com) but till date date no action has been taken and till date my product is not delivered. Even I am not been able to cancel my product online as an error is showing that as the product is on the way hence you can not cancel or return the product.
                Now request you Sir, please look into the matter urgently and arrange for the refund of money with interest on an urgent basis.

                      I ordered tronomy s6 + s530 combo in ear wireless earphones with mic on 23rd june 2018. I received this product on 2nd July 2018. When i open the courier, I found only one product, not the combo as mentioned on snapdeal. I returned the product on 3rd July 2018 but till today (09th July 2018), product has not been picked up from my home. Also, I ordered nike black side flip flop on 23rd June 2018. I received fake product on 6th July 2018. Again I ordered nike chroma thong on 2nd July but I received fake product on 9th July 2018.

                            I placed an order for Nike Multicolour Cotton Ankle Length Socks - Set of 18 on COD basis thru snapdeal. When i checked the tracking, the item has been sent thru ecom express courier and will be delivered before 05th July 2018. When i checked again courier was out for delivery on 30th Jun. The courier company didn't have the manners to call and inform about the delivery. Subsequently i sent mail to snapdeal and there was no response from them other than an automated mail. Again I rescheduled the order to deliver on 5th Jul, that time also courier people didn't called or tried to deliver the product. Have desperately searched the courier company local office contact phone number with snapdeal as well google, but not received the same. Then i chekced the order status on 07th Jul and noticed that customer rejected order, which was totally wrong and i strongly disagree with the same, as courier didn't contacted me. Snapdeal is not supposed to deliver through such an irresponsible ecom expres for product deliver.Ridiculous and atrocious..

Ab dubra return approved Hui hai to fir courier wale nai lene se mana kar deya samajh nahi aa raha kya ho raha hai. Really snapdeal logo ke saath majak kar raha hai aur hamare paise waste kar raha hai. Ek month ho gay Mere ko follow up karte karte. Same on you snapdeal.

                                    Dear sir/ma'am

                                    on 4th july ( 3 days ago ) i ordered a Dell Vostro 1540 genuine battery from snapdeal today(7/7/18) i received the product but when i opened the box i was shocked it was fake product (you can see the attachment). i tried to call customer care but there is no manual customer service from snapdeal. then i checked that product from dell community by sending product unique id details they replied in a moment by saying it was third party product and it is not genuine(you can see dell community reply screenshot). then i tried to return the product but shockingly it is showing only replacement option available and there is no return policy, helplessly i selected replacement method, please help me to get my money back or to get original product

                                      I bought a sonilex Radio from Snapdeal for Rs 600/- they said if the product does not work they will pick it up and give a refund. They said they will pick up the item and give refund.But now they are refusing. The radio is not working properly and there is no service centre in Goa
                                      I got a shock that SNAPDEAL is a bad company.it has cheated thousands.So why the indian goverment close it down

                                        I had received a call from Snapdeal, the service boy called me and said i won Tata Indigo or 6 Lak* Cash. then he requested me to first deposit 6700 Rs in his bank A/C and some details.
                                        Then i said him that ''i don't want money but can you please give me my ordered product free of cost'' but he is not accepted my offer.
                                        Caller No. was[protected]**
                                        Please stay away from those type of fake callers...
                                        And i request snapdeal to please don't send customer's private details to anyone.
