Ab dubra return approved Hui hai to fir courier wale nai lene se mana kar deya samajh nahi aa raha kya ho raha hai. Really snapdeal logo ke saath majak kar raha hai aur hamare paise waste kar raha hai. Ek month ho gay Mere ko follow up karte karte. Same on you snapdeal.

    Dear sir/ma'am

    on 4th july ( 3 days ago ) i ordered a Dell Vostro 1540 genuine battery from snapdeal today(7/7/18) i received the product but when i opened the box i was shocked it was fake product (you can see the attachment). i tried to call customer care but there is no manual customer service from snapdeal. then i checked that product from dell community by sending product unique id details they replied in a moment by saying it was third party product and it is not genuine(you can see dell community reply screenshot). then i tried to return the product but shockingly it is showing only replacement option available and there is no return policy, helplessly i selected replacement method, please help me to get my money back or to get original product

    4) my genuine dell battery with fake product for comparison

      I bought a sonilex Radio from Snapdeal for Rs 600/- they said if the product does not work they will pick it up and give a refund. They said they will pick up the item and give refund.But now they are refusing. The radio is not working properly and there is no service centre in Goa
      I got a shock that SNAPDEAL is a bad company.it has cheated thousands.So why the indian goverment close it down

        I had received a call from Snapdeal, the service boy called me and said i won Tata Indigo or 6 Lak* Cash. then he requested me to first deposit 6700 Rs in his bank A/C and some details.
        Then i said him that ''i don't want money but can you please give me my ordered product free of cost'' but he is not accepted my offer.
        Caller No. was[protected]**
        Please stay away from those type of fake callers...
        And i request snapdeal to please don't send customer's private details to anyone.

          Someone is calling us and r telling that we have won the tata safari from Snapdeal or can take the cash amount and asks our bank details and tells to deposit the tax of 12080 first . Is such offer given by Snapdeal .No then how come they r getting our number and names .is Snapdeal fraud trying to loot us.just have look to this situation[protected] this is the number from which I m getting call.its frustrating .have some strict action or people will move away from Snapdeal

            I used to call him (Sanjay Sharma) about details
            He said that send me your bank details and photo for announcing me as winner
            and also deposit 10000 rupees for service charges in account number

            So, please confirm me whether it is true or not.. immediately...
            because if it is true i may lost my prize or otherwise if it fake i will be safe from this type of fraud..

            Duplicate, last quality product was delivered and they are posting the duplicate products with original brand names. I ordered one nike flipflops and was hand overed a duplicate one. If nike doesn’t know about this, then it definitely should and if it does already know, then some legal action should be taken against this!

              How are we getting all these stupid calls and SMS??? I guess Snapdeal is only forwarding our details to such fraud people to disturb us on regular basis. It's not only Snapdeal but even with Amazon and Flipkart. It only means that our details are not kept as confidential with these online portals.. so please never give your card details on these sites...ever hope atleast now Snapdeal takes an action

                I placed an order for Automatic toothpaste dispenser and was told that I will recieve it . The courier company didn't have the manners to call and inform about the delivery. I rescheduled the order for specific time then also noone called or atleast tried to contact me. Very disappointed I was looking forward for the product. My Order was for Everything Importated Automatic toothpaste dispenser with toothbrush holder. Nobody called me to inform they would be coming and didn't even have the courtesy to call.Ridiculous.

                      We ordered a nike dry fit sports wear and requested a replacement as we had size issue, but the replacement got cancelled due to quality check fail when we didn't even try the outfit. Now it refuses to replace it or refund it..

                      We want either a replacement of the product or refund money.

                      Without using the product and providing everything in the package, the invoice, the tag on the product, still they say quality check fail..

                          I bought a saree from the snapdeal but as it does not match with the description. I requested them to return it. But when the courier boy will come he denied to recollect because of the same issue. Again i mailed them many times and they send me message with the name and number of a courier boy who will recollect my ordee but i called him he said from the company he won't get any such mail to recollect my order and by the same time from the company i got mail that my address is incomplete that guy can't able to pick up but the address is same where it is delivered before. To enquire about this whether address is the problem in picking he said no he know the address but he won't get instruction mail to pick up.

If you haven't involved then this is definitely a question of data theft because I received this message immediately after the order is delivered. If I was running an organisation and if my customer has raised the complaint by providing data, I would get to the bottom of it and get hold of the miscreants. Your response doesn't solve the problem

                                I ordered shoes but the quality is very low and not seems original to me. I raised return request within 10 mins of delivery of order.

                                The order was picked up from my home on 2nd July at 4:15 PM by a courier person, his number is : ‭+[protected]‬, but pickup is not reflected in my order and on top of this I got this email that I have accepted to keep the order.

                                The customer care number directs me to their app and app directs to customer care and I am unable to find where to reach to resolve the issue.

                                  I have purchased casio edifice watch from snapdeal. Since i received the product i am requesting for warranty card and sent many emails to [protected]@snapdeal.com. After some days snapdeal told me to provide denial letter from casio service center if they denied to service. Now watch completely stopped working and casio company declared as a fake watch and provided denial letter.
                                  I have sent multiple reminders to snapdeal to look into the matter and received no response.

                                  Very worst service, customer cannot speak with agent/ representative. Snapdeal is becoming a fraud online shopping site.

                                    I have ordered shoes and pull up bar from snapdeal two weeks ago now snapdeal delivered bar after i took a visit myself to delivery center but shoes still not delivered while snapdeal keep updating status that they need full address when all address is given and when i call snapdeal CUSTOMER CARE they first talk ### show no respect then block the call and snapdeal email service also dont work and i belong to mandi distt Himachal pradesh which is nost developed region in entire region and the country, and amazon, health xp etc provides EXCELLENT SERVICE.
