    First of all i got a duplicate shoe of vans and when i requested for return the very next day it showed me pickup date of 2 to 4 working days after that it got rescheduled and without any reason i have to reschedule it but nobody turned up till date and when mailed writing my request for return i got reply that return period of 7 days is over so i won't get any refund and that only in the afternoon a courier for pickup came to collect it and went with the duplicate shoes.

    And it does not have any customer care number for registering complain or discuss about any problems.

    Poor service liar and duplicate product seller cheap service.

    Ii received the duplicate shoes of vans old school at 15/05/20018 and i requested on the same time i received it and got schedule of pickup at 17/05/2018 but nobody turned up and at last they picked it up on 31/05/2018 after continuous rescheduling of pickup but my snapdeal account it's still showing please send it by yourself.

        I've ordered two earbuds on 10 may worth rs 700 on snapdeal only one earbud had been delivered to me and money had been deducted for both. Money of one earbud worth 350 plz refund to my account. A complain had been registered against company but snapdeal didn't took any action.           Hello, my name is sachin, i had made an order on 13th may, order id: [protected], however it was supposed to be delivered on 22nd may, as i received the sms - out for delivery, and it says delivery reattempt rescheduled since then, but no any attempt was made nobody called up, this is quite negligent and annoying.

          I made three complaints since 22nd may, i was been called on 24th they said it will be delivered on 26th, i made a complaint again on 27th they called and said it be delivered on 30th, its been 10 days i'm being given assurances, what kind of drama is this going on, and also disappointed with xpressbees delivery service.

          Totally annoyed and frustrated with snapdeal, this was the end for my shopping on snapdeal. I want the refund for the order made, i did cancel it, and hence close this snapdeal chapter for me forever.

                        Beware of snapdeal.com which sells duplicate products under the name of brands.
                        Iordere a Nike dri fit pant which after arrival and comparing it with the original one, was found to be completely fake.
                        Snapdeal's Quality assurance is worst.

                            I have ordered titan tagged ne2480sm02 analog women's watch on 13th may 2018 and it got delivered on 24th may 2018.

                            The product i ordered is titan but it came with packing of fastrack. Also i did not any warranty/guaranty card for the same. I am trying to return this order from my app but i am not able to do so.

                            When i went to titan service center for checking authenticity of this product i came to know that this product is duplicate. They were not taking the responsibility of the product.

                            If you people are not going to respond me then i am going lodge a complaint in consumer forum as well as police station.


                            So request you to refund my amount as soon as possible.

                            I had ordered a titan2480KM01 Silver Analog watch. I had ordered on 28th Aug and i received today on Sep 5.
                            When i unboxed i was annoyed to see that there was no full seal.
                            The cover box was full of rust. The watch weight was very less which means that it is a duplicate watch...

                            The back of the watch is also full if scratches...the watch looks as though it has been used by someone else..😠
                            I want my money back such a poor service of snapdeal such a fraud..
                            You people are selling fake watches in such a high price..
                            I have already complained to the police...i hope you all will not dissapoint me again.

                                I placed an order on 5th May 2018. My order id is [protected]. But still my order is not delivered to me. Snapdeal shows as item delivered. Already complained about this matter. Still no positive response from Snapdeal. They replied through e-mail as below

                                We are pleased to work on your concern and will reply to you within the next 24 hours. Your reference number for this query is 47346465.

                                We hope your earlier email mentions the Order ID and Item name linked to your query. In case not, please share these in reply to this email.

                                But no reply till today.

                                  I am working with snapdeal from more than 6 months now, and i am frustared with your courier services, either its delhivery, bd or expressbees.

                                  From the very first day i started working with you, i am receiving most of my return order packets/boxes in wrost & damage condition. Even some return order packets are already opened, and closed by regular cellotape. Sometimes they are even empty boxes.

                                  When at the time of receiving this damaged return packets/boxes, i try to write the same thing in the pod sheet for that order, delivery boy simply refuse and start argueing for the same. And they never allow me to write about the damage condition of the return orders on the pod sheet. And we have to take this rto damaged packets/boxes without any complaint.
                                  For few days it continued like this, but after crosing its limit, one day i i called the owner, and in response, he argued to me "why are you creating an issue, if you believe the box is empty or damages then why dont you open the box in front of delivery boy an check and then he said you can no write about its condition on the pod sheet.

                                  Now, the questiuon is, i have taken your oc+ service, for which i am paying rs 17/- each order for packaging, then
                                  1. Why i acept damage box/packet, as it also damage my product in it.
                                  2. Many time even boxes are empty, and every day iam recieve aprox 30-35 rto boxes. So who have the time to open each and every box in front of courier boy.

                                  I am now very frustrated with you couries services. One more example, just a day back i recieved 4 rto from xpressbees, courier boy returned 4 packets in wrost conditon, even when i opened my product was also damages, but again same thing, then couries boy have not allowed me to write anythng on the pod sheet, and said got for claim with snapdeal. Then i requeted him i can everytime go for claim, as it can damage my brand reputation as well, but he still have not allowed. Then i called his manager and discussed the same and he said"i understand your problem so please wait i forward your call to snapdeap customer cre".
                                  After waiting for some time, a lady taled to me as ususual, and after some argue, she was just taking about their benifits. She have not even paid any attention to my complaint. And then she said"sir itne to pacel damaged hote rehte he or normaly open bhi ho jaate he aap har baar apna parcel seller boy ke saamne apna product cheack kar le".

                                  She was taing to me in such a rude way, if you want i have call recording for that as well.

                                  I am paying you people rs 17/- for oc+ service.in which you are responsible for all packaging of my products and handling. If i am receiving these rto packets in such a damaged condition then my customer must be receiving his order in such damaged conditoin, which is the main reason for my 70% rto. Why is bear this loss just because of your miss handling, when i am even paying extra for your this service.

                                  This is so shamefull for such a well known ecomerce website. I have all call recordings with images of rto boxes.

                                  I even have have a vedio recording of one of your delivery boy saying"bhaiya aap bs ek packet me product dete ho, kis k moh me pani nahi aiyga, hum to adha maal aise hi paar kar lete h or khali box bhej dete."

                                  I have call recording of more than 20-25 customer, whose phone no. Were mentioned on the rto boxes by couries boy. When we asked them on call that why they have returned their order, they said" which order, i have not placed any order, the address and details are mine but i never placed any order."
                                  Now, mostly rto than i am receiving, customer are not even aware of these orders.
                                  It clearly shows that have a team of people whho are placing fake order on other people details and mostly these are cod not prepaid. Its is clear then they have only placed order now paid anything. And on the other hand, you are chargin us the delivery charges for that.
                                  Averave rto a day 30*rs 50 average delivery = rs 1500 a day. That you are chargin us without any reason.

                                  Now, tell me
                                  1. I am receiving more than average rto a day because of your fake team who are placing these order just to generate revenue for you (By delivery charges that we are paying
                                  2. Beacuse of your miss handling morstly our rto box/packet are damages or empty,

                                  And when we are claiming them, you have raise our claim graph and blocked our incomming order from today.

                                  Due to damages products delivered to our customers, our rating has decreased, due to which our future sale will do down. You can check in our product reviews, people have mentioned damaged product reveived.
                                  Now, who will be responsible for these damaged returns and pay us for that. As your courier servise is not alowing us to write on pod sheet and on the orther hand you have bloced ouyr order on claiming them.

                                  Kindly note - i have all vedio recording of your delivery boys and their manager. Also i have cll recording of my customer on whos name fake orders are placed.

                                  If i didnt receive your responce within 24 hrs, i will go to social media and press and expose your scandel.

                                  And i will simply tag mr kunal & mr. Rohit on twiter with all videos and recording.

                                  I am really very frustrated with your services, and i have complaint to your customer care several time but no even a single resolution they gave me. If i did not got your positive responce, then lawsuit next notice you will get from my advocate for all the damaged rto+their additional charges charged by you, and for harrasment.

                                    We are working with snapdeal as a seller from more than 6 months now. And now its very difficult to work them. We have reached to aprox 200 orders per day, but we are getting 30 return on an average per day. Its fine we understand, it happens.
                                    Many time we have received even 50 returns as well. Sometimes customer number is also written on returned box, and when we verified by calling customers then why they returned or not received our order, "they simpily refused that they have not p;aced any order" and not contacted by any delivery boy.
                                    The scam is - there is a another team which is having bulk data of many people, and they are placing fake orders, which are returned to us without even delivery attempts to their customers. And snapdeal is charging rs35-70 eachv return order, which is shapdeal profit without any efforts.
                                    If we calculate - 30return*\rs 50average = rs1500 per day they are charging without any reason.
                                    This is not the only case, we have called more then 20-25 customers, they all said the same thing.
                                    Moreover we have taken sanpdeal oc+ service as well, and we have videos recording of snapdeal pick boy saying "bhaiya ap aise bs poythene me pack kr k dete ho, kisk moh me pani nahi aiyga, hum log to adha maal aise hi paar kr lete h, or box pack kr k de dete h"

                                    Now i tell you the main story, in business it happens, but we as a seller pay penalty, why we bear this. When we are received empty boxes at return, then its our right to claim.
                                    And we are giving you video proof for such boxes as well, then, how you can block all our orders. Our panel is working but not receiving any order now, because the ratio of claim has crossed it maximum level as informed by snapdeal.
                                    Explain me one thing if i am receiving damage or empty box then how you can set claim ratio.
                                    I have recording of our conversation with the customers saying we have never placed any order.

                                    And today you have blocked or orders, total lose for us.

                                    Now you tell how you wil help me. Or i start posting all video recordings and call recording with customers on social media to expose you and also tag mr. Rohit and mr. Kunal on twiter with all videos.
                                    If i dont receive response within 12hrs i start publishing your scam everywhere.

                                      I ordered a shoes from snapdeal, when i received it, i came to know that the sole material is not good... So i returned it to the same adress where from it had been dispatched...
