    Hii my order id is [protected] is deliverd by 9th may 2018.. By mistake it placed on wrong delivery address which was already saved.
    So i leave a message of placing the order that plz deliver my order on my new address i. E 3/35 a vijay nagar double storey delhi 110009..

            Snapdeal was to deliver my order, order tracking says delivery attempted twice, didn't even get a call or any delivery man at my door on the first day. The second day the delivery guy called, i couldn't pick up the call and i called him back in a few minutes, to which he asked me to come and pick from a specified point. Which was not a part of the deal. He says he cannot find my address and when confronted started using vulgar language. The order tracking still says delivery attempted which was actually not. Snapdeal needs to mention it before hand that the delivery person will call and if we can't answer the call it will be considered as delivery attempted and the consumer wasn't present at his address.

                Dear sir i'm a buyer from snapdeal and i've bought a bunch of stuffs from the website but today i've got a message from snapdeal claiming that i've won the first prize in the lucky draw which is a tata safari car and asked to pay 6500 as registration fee and to contact a number. But i didn't have such notice in my snapdeal account or in my email. So i'm concerned is this fake? I would be grateful if you can help me in this matter.

                    I had received a text as well as call from snapdeal saying i have won a tata indigo car and i could claim either the vehicle or money. I am well aware that it was a fake call so i did not entertain. But my complaint here is directly on snapdeal. Because the text was received from ad-snapdeal. And that guy who had called me, had the details of my recent purchase from snapdeal. This shows how bad is privacy level maintained. We may have to sue against snapdeal. If you are unable to maintan the mjinimum safety level please do not put people like us who trust and shop from your site.

                          Hello sir hello sir मेरा नाम भूषण कुमार है मुझे 5 अप्रैल को Snapdeal से फर्स्ट लकी विनर का मैसेज आया था जिसके लिए Tata Safari या तो 1260000 अकाउंट में ट्रांसफर का ऑप्शन दें फिर उधर से एक कॉल आया जो कि मुझे 6300 जमा करने के लिए कहा और और उसने मुझे मैसेज करके अपना अकाउंट नंबर दिया और 63 सो रुपए जमा करने के लिए कहा मैंने उसके अकाउंट पर ₹63000 जमा कर दिया तभी फिर बैंक द्वारा मैसेज आया 1260000 लिए ट्रांसफर चार्ज 24700 जमा करने के लिए कहा मैं जमा कर दिया लेकिन फिर बोला 25800 फिर जमा करना पड़ेगा सर मैं बहुत मुसीबत में आ गया हूं सर मेरा मोबाइल नंबर[protected] है इसी नंबर पर मैसेज आया था सर मुझे उधर से रिप्लाई प्लीज दे मेरा दूसरा नंबर[protected]

                            Actually Sir, Yesterday They called me and said that due to internal transaction we are unable to accept your return, then i see my previous order and i found that i even not use snapdeal since 2015 . then how it is possible .

                            Placed on 29 May, 2015, after that i realized that snapdeal doesn't provide me genuine product, then i shifted to amazon and flipkart their service is fast and good as compared to snapdeal .
                            So at last unable to understand their reply .

                                Sir i had purchased one mobile cover for rs 429 on 26 of apr 2018. For my mobile lg g6.
                                Sir as the pictures showed in snapdeal site. It is totally diffrent from the item which had delivered to me. Now i wants to replace the order but i am not able to replace it.
                                Trying to call coustmer care but they are not responding me even..
                                I had mailed so many times but still not an single step has initiated by you.

                                    I have ordered moto c plus (Invoice number : s28695/18/476) mobile from snapdeal on[protected]. I have received moto c model instead of moto c plus. I have paid rs.7199/- for the mobile. But the original price of moto c is 6199/- only. The same day i received the mobile, have put for replacement. I have received a message that the my request will be processed within 48 hours. But it's being 72 hours and no person contacted me for the same. What will i do for getting the product that i ordered and paid.

                                        fake lucky draw calls

                                        Sir I have brought a book from snap deal.And today I got a call from snapdeal telling that I have won the lucky draw and reward is safari car worth 12, 000, 00 rs, I ve to pay 6500 in advance .I payed it and further I got a call to send further cash and I paid a total of 120000 . Is this a fraud lucky draw or wat .And you are supposed to keep our information safe. But someone is getting if.how can we trustly buy products unless your app is...
