    fake prize call and message

    Around 10 o clock 3 march 2018 i received a call saying that i am selected in monsoon lucky draw snapdeal and won a 1st prize tata safari car. It was said i had two options to get tata safari car or to get payment of 1260000 - the registration payment 9500.
    I got to know this is fake so i complained to you
    It was named as md snapdeal
    Please try to resolve it soon and inform me...

    I have ordered a sennheiser headphone from sanpdeal with order id: [protected] on 6-march-2018.
    It was delivered in time but when i checked, i found it duplicate and placed an replacement request.
    It was replaced by sanpdeal without any issue but what i got in replacement (Order id: [protected]) was also the same. It was still delivered duplicate.
    I raised an return/replacement request on the same day again but they have not processed the request and sent a mail that product delivered was good.
    First the delivery guy gave the product to tenants and we received the product 2 days after it was actually delivered.
    Now snapdeal is not processing my return replacement request after multiple mails which i have sent at [protected]@snapdeal.com.
    They just sent me an auto generated mail that 'your item was delivered in good condition and hence, cannot be returned and replaced'.
    What are the possible steps that i can take to get the product returned or replaced with original ones.
    Please let me know if more information is required

    I've purchased kookabura bat which cost around 700 rs
    And after that I've purchased some magnum bat
    And it costs around 1500 RS
    They both are fake
    And kookaburra has broken after one match of play why u send fake products that's why lot of people doesn't like Snapdeal waste

              I brought a pair of shoes from snapdeal and due to some quality reasons i have returned it and applied for a refund and their courier service have picked the item two days after the delivery that is 28th march. Now its been 5 days after the pickup of the product and still snapdeal doesn’t refunded the money their site is still showing that the item is still in transit to snapdeal. I need the refund as soon as possible since the product delivered was very poor in quality, damaged; as the front portion of the shoe made of mesh type fabric was torn a bit, finishing and the product was not original too. Todays online dealers are fooling customers in these type of ways and looting money by providing cheap kind of products. I’m very much dissatisfied on this purchase from snapdeal. I need a reply with all details of the refund initiation as soon as possible.

                  On 22 nd february, 2018 through the shopping platform www.snapdeal.com i have ordered for a genuine casio edifice stopwatch men's chronograph eefr-539bk-1avudf (Ex187) vide order no-[protected] with 2 years domestic warranty fulfilled by the casio company and this watch costs me rs:-5950/- with 42% discount and rs:-500/- discount for sbi card payment. This product was delivered to me on 1st march, 2018 by the courier partner. When i opened the product there was no warranty card or authentic or original papers given by the casio company. Not only that already both hands of the watch moving. That means it may be a used watch because no key cap was there. I didn’t find any warranty card or original brochure with it. I think this is not a genuine product with warranty and it’s a grey market product or imported one. Thus i am not happy with the quality of the watch and credibility of the seller. So on that very same day i asked for a return request vide request no ticket[protected] as i m not happy with the quality of the watch. But on 2nd march, 2018 i have received a mail from snapdeal that your product is not eligible for return. So i m feeling cheated as it was written with the product description that "easy return" "authentic products" and "100% payment protection". As i complained against that it is a fake casio watch then i got a reply thatwww.snapdeal.com authority want a fake confirmation letter from the authenticated source such as authenticated casio service centre. So that i went to the capital electronics at 12, j. L. Nehru road, kolkata-700013, west bengal which is an authorized service centre of casio company. After showing the watch to them they demanded for warranty card. As i am couldn’t show them the warranty card they told me that without warranty card they are not going to give me any kind of warranty on the basis of tax invoice only. But they also took the watch from me for authenticity verification. They have told to me that they are going to confirm the originality but it will take time around 20-24 days. Now they have confirmed me that this watch which i have bought through your shopping platform is a fake one and this is not a original casio watch. I am attaching a photograph of the fake confirmation letter alongwith this e-mail

                  Now i would to mention that as it is not an original casio watch so i want to return it back to you and i need my money refund through the original payment method. Thanking you

                      I received the product today itself.. The seller is flagship store through snapdeal site.. The product that o received is having a lakmé tube filled with water instead of cream.. This is pathetic.. I want it to resolve soon.. When i went to my snapdeal account to make an order the site says that i've not purchased anything.. It's pathetic.. Fix it else i will take more brutal actions

                        My ticket was closed without even confirming if the issue is resolved.

                        The product was picked up and its been a week, i still do not have any updates about the refund of my amt.

                        Received 2 calls from e com express
                        One yesterday and one today.
                        And both the agents from e com express has confirmed that the product has been picked up and received.

                        You may please cross check the details with e com express and please initiate the refund process.

                        Till date i have sent 8-10 mails regarding the issue, and none has a proper response.

                        I have even sent images of the packet that i clicked before returning the product and even the image of the airway bill acknowledge sheet.

                        Since its been more than a week i expect a call back to address the issue, and sort the miscommunication asap.

                            I have purchased mobile ivoomi black colour from snap deal on 24th march 18 and received mobile next day on 25th march 18. I am not satisfied with the quality of this product its not that as was described its look old and camera is not performing well and having issue with internet connectivity too i immediate processed the request for refund of this product under there return policy. But i got email from them that it cannot be refunded. They have blocked my number at their application and i am unable to contact them. They are not listening my problem. One of another mobile i have purchased from amazon but they did not do this to me like snap deal is doing. I am middle class person and cannot let snap deal to rob my money like this. I want full refund back in my account. They are doing time pass with me so refund time limit can cross and after that they will have an excuse that refund limit passed. Please help me in this matter.

                                    As per Snapdeal I recieved a message that I'm the lucky winner and owned the 1rank and won Tata Safari of ₹1240148.00
                                    I was shocked because the message in my inbox was from the Snapdeal registerd number . I contacted the Snapdeal costumer representative and they told that it's a fraud and there's nothing anything like this offer going on by Snapdeal ..
                                    I want to ask Snapdeal that what is all these stuff going on . What is this, cheating the costumers, making them happy for a moment, playing with the feelings and emotions .
                                    Thanks Snapdeal for the happiness of a while, you made me feel happy that very day . & Yes the Snapdeal toll-free no [protected] doesn't exist and it's not a toll-free number so mind this .

                                    My mail id is rathod.[protected]@gmail.com had purchased L’Oréal spa which is duplicate applying it my hand start burning aft r applying my hair. The smell also different from the origin product Of spa. It’s seeing duplicate product in less price.
