I ordered cricket bat and ball two in December 2017 but still I didn't received the items. I already paid through net-banking.

The company snapdeal is just postponing the delivery date. As per the policy they will not return the amount. They are just accumulating money by making frauds.

    This is in reference to order id - [protected] which i placed on snapdeal of a versace perfume. You are selling fake products and the condition of the product is so poor the bottle was all broken and you have charged me inr 1, 224/-. I have already raised a refund request to them but i still want to complaint thru consumer forum about the big brand name of versace which you are spoiling. I never expected such fake products from snapdeal.
    Hope to receive the refund of my money.

      Dear sir,
      My name is radhey. I bought a mi red mi note 4 mobile from snap deal on dated 15 dec.2017. When i checked this mobile it was bad condition like speaker creak. I went mi customer service centre, where support officer said to me that mobile already used and it is second hand set.
      I complaint to snap deal that said to me your problem short out withen 24-48 hrs. But till date complaint not short out. I have send many mail regarding refund rs.10999/-but snap deal are not doing refund my amount. I have return send mobile to snap deal given address.
      I earning 10000/- turn around snap deal or make my work. Sir, i want not any mobile, i want only my 10999-but snap deal not pay my refund.

      Last 20 days snap deal have did to much more mental tourcher mine.
      Sir my earning 10000/month, i have very worried. If my refund (Rs.10000) not receive i will do to susite.

      Snap deal is a fraud company who second hand mobile sell in new mobile rate.

      Sir i kindly request to you please help me and take legally action against snap deal asap.

        I bought an item on Snapdeal.com ( Order ID: [protected] ) through a voucher I received from my Snapdeal HDFC Credit Card. The item was cancelled citing reason that the product could not be delivered by courier. But no genuine attempt to deliver was made; I received no phone calls from the courier during the process of delivery. I wrote several times to Snapdeal while I was facing the problem of no contact from courier service.
        Now I feel through this arrangement with the courier Snapdeal has duped me of the amount I legitimately got through the voucher. It is also impossible to use the helpline phone numbers on Snapdeal. The only mode of communication is by writing mails as of now.

            I was so curious to receive my package of shampoo and masque in such an amazing deal.. But, when i opened the product... Scratched the seal... The product inside is fake!!!
            Infact the colour is also not the same which comes in the original product (The original
            Is of light yellow
            Colour and the texture of the masque is creamy and butrer types).. Smell and texture is fake too.. Also... The bottle and the jar looks fake of some bad quality... Little broken as well... I want my money back!!!

                Hi Snapdeal today I first got a message from recipient HP SNPDL the msg said that SNAP DEAL COMPANY congratulation u to won prz of Tata indigo e CZ and to get the prize you have to give rippers 8500 via sbi and a phone number as follows [protected] was given for further details I called them and they said we will have to first give the 8500 rupees only then will they hand over the car the person who called was from Bihar zharkhand and then they demanding for 12500 again after this started for demanding 25500 for secretary charges depositing...and now again demanding for gst charges 37500 ...what kind of joke is this ...please do sum thing

                    I had placed an order with Snapdeal (Huda beauty lipstick pink edition, Order ID: [protected]). However wrong product got delivered to me (delivered wrong shades). Now they are neither replacing it nor returning. They are just mentioning that due to some issues in my account they can't process my replacement or return request and when i am asking what are those issues they are not answering anything. Their executives disconnect call in between when i ask them any further details or to connect me to their seniors. I have not used the wrong product which they have delivered and have kept it with all packaging and labels and have also mailed them pics of the same.

                          I have purchased one nike shoes from snapdeal which on delivery i found that the product quality was not up to the mark so i booked a return request for the same.
                          Snapdeal has accepted my request and on the other day shared me a msg regarding courier partner name that they will come and pick the product.
                          On the next day i received a call from the courier fellow that he is coming for the pick up and after some time he came to my place and picked up the product by giving me one paper in which my and my product details were mentioned (Attaching the image of the same).
                          But on the next day i received a msg from snapdeal that they were unabe to reach me on phone so they are closing my return request or asked me to reschedule the same.
                          But as from my side the pickup has been done by the courier partner i registered a complaint on snapdeal's app regarding this, but didnt got any reply from there side so i again registered my complaint on the app, but al my efforts were in vain.
                          Then i decided to call snapdeal on their helpline where an automated msg i heared that my return pick up was done successfully. But after the same msg i received and sms again that snapdeal is closing my return request and still nothing is updated on the app too.
                          I mailed them with all screen shots (Which i m attaching here also). Three time but just got the msg that they will resolve the problem in 24 hours, but i waiting for past seven days for my problem to get resolved and to get my payment back wich i have done from my credit card.

                            They delivered defective products. I bought one headset that box shell is already open. Some one used and send it to me. Headset wires are rolled in different meaner. I like to bye a new one not used one, even that headset is defective one. I initiated to return my product but they are not checked that product without checking they said that's in a good condition.

                                I received fake woodland product on snapdeal by seller named "A TO Z SOLUTIONS, NEW DELHI". I canceled the order and send it back to snapdeal.                                   I had ordered huda beauty textured shadows palette rose gold edition eye shadow pressed powder colors. (Order id [protected])
                                  I would like to share that the product is not at all my expectations. The product seen to be of bad quality so i had requested them to initiate return request and also informed that if it is not possible to return the amount in bank account then you can upload the same to the snapdeal wallet. I had also ordered other products along with this, rest our good but this is literally not satisfactory.

                                  But rather taking my concern seriously they are sending me system generated email again and again. Also i had not received any call from their end.

                                  Kindly suggest what shall i do.

                                  I ordered one L’Oréal professional shampoo, conditioner and hair mask - I compared it with my original and it came out as fake products - it has totally different fragrance and colour on the label . . I need this to take this up with the company .

                                    Anyways i have returned the product for a refund, hope they make it through the quality test of the fake product. How could they sell a fake product and put the brand as authentic.
