      I hav purchased a product from snapdeal on month of january 2016 worth 1299/- and today its 17 september 2016 till now they hav not given my money back. I have provided them my ac no. And they didn't transfer my money in my ac. Yet i told them to transfer my money to freecharge ac then also they r not adding money to freecharge ac. Im talking with them from january and they r asking me for 24hrs to 48 hrs wait.
      What a [censored]. How much more should i wait for my money.

        I had ordered some cosmetics product from snapdeal; which later was found out to b used n defective to which I raised a complaint and arranged a reverse pickup, however the product was been picked up from my premises but Later on I fond out that the refund of my product has been rejected. And the product has also been taken away from me . It has been not done with just 1 product but with multiple orders of mine. The customer care service being so rude and reluctant . They never update on this issue. Neither give any information regardibg the whole concern.

            I have placed an order with Snapdeal. Upon delivery I have checked the tag of the product, the product was as per order only. Next week when i was puting on the jeans, it was not in 32 size mesurement. On tag it was mentioned as 32 but in reality it is 30 size.

                I was ordering one tripod (order id-[protected]), but due to some reason the payment process got failed and order placement was unsuccessful . So i registered one request in the help center with reference number[protected] .
                But after 22 hours of posting the request when i checked my mail there was no response and then i checked my snapdeal account . I was shocked to find out there was no such order history in my profile . First i lost my money and now you are trying to delete the proof that i ordered this item . I have never seen any ecommerce site doing such cheap thing ever . Reply to mail ASAP . I want my money back and i'm never ever purchasing anything from your site . Totally pissed .

                  I have cancelled the order of Voltas Ac order number [protected] as delivery was delayed and was not available to receive it. But delivery was further delayed and reached my home when I had arrived back. I checked there was still no refund so I received the order. Two weeks later company is calling me and asking for repayment stating that money was refunded to me I immediately checked my bank statement which showed no refund.Still they are asking me to pay again and I tried for good about two hours to write a mail to them or speak to executive. Thats not possible...

                    This antivirus is not supported by windows 7 but it is mention in that activation card it is supported by windows 7 and i spoke to customercare said the product information details it is mention this supported for only windows 8. But while buying this i haven't seen anything mention "NOTE" or "IMPORTANT HIGHLIGHTS" Such a fake product and worst customer service of snapdeal better don't buy any product from snapdeal please they are biggest and worst est company in the world.If anybody reading this please ban this company and seller and save mother india.

                      I have booked a HIGH SPEED KING 2 CHANNEL REMOTE CONTROLLED HELICOPTER AS PER ORDER NO [protected] on 31 st August 2016 . The payment was made through my credit card. I received an SMS in my mobile number [protected] that the mentioned item which I have booled will reach me between 6 th & 10 th September 2016. They have provided the courier tracking number UNISNPP6201034 . The name of the courier mentioned is Gojavas. We tried to track the courier but it is un trackable and the contact number provided on the courier website is not contactable. We are also unable to track the seller also. We tried to talk to Snapdeal customer service executive several times, but the only thing which we can get is the pre recorded message that the item is delayed and will reach as soon as possible. I have sent 3 mails regarding this to the Snapdeal help line and only response we are getting is the itme is delayed and will reach as soon as possible. As a customer I am fed up with their sevice and response, It is almost 17 days since I have booked he item and still I have no idea about my item as to when it will reach or whether it will reach. I have not seen such a horrible response from any other online shopping site. Request your support in solving this issue

                        Hi, i am ashish jain, i ordered a mobile intex breeze 0n6sept2016, on 07sept i received the mobile, when i open the box mobile didinot on, so i put request to snapdeal where sd guy came and said this is defective piece, company will replace it, after two days a guy call for the phone pickup but didn't turn up to pick the phone, later in wveneing i got msg from snapdeal that courier guy contacted but i haven't responded,

                        now some other agency shadowfox mad ethe pick up on 12 sep 2016, it was pick up on receipt of sahdowfax 5d16808980, and till date this was not updated to snapdeal, and sd sent every eveing msg to me that i have cancel my request for mobile return, which is hillarious like pick was made and still bothe agnecy and sd making fool of mine.

                        On conatctcing customer care, when i press for my order, it states i don thave any order request.

                        I dont knwo what to do now, when i call shadowfax they says sd is verifying the issue,

                                Later his pick up partner came and got that mobile on the 3rd sep 2016 as per the policy of Snapdeal had not refund my money.
                                I make complaint his customers care services even no reply..
                                And now they message online status says sent items sent back to you because of quality check failed

                                  fm radio software is there no hardware
                                  no wifi hotspot
                                  no bluetooth
                                  no gorilla screen protection
                                  andriod is kitkat 4.4 not 5.0 lollipop
                                  the company official website does not exist
                                  no drivers to download
                                  octira yoo call company name is not there in google
                                  the bill snapdeal provide there is no address of company
                                  to avail manufacture warranty
                                  snapdeal is selling wrong product with wrong description
                                  cheating consumer with his website wrong description and Rs 1999
                                  amount
                                  i want snapdeal to return these product because description is wrong
                                  and features of mobile is different
                                  i order these product and paid Rs 1999 while seeing trusting snapdeal description but it is wrong snapdeal should sell such product and cheat people

                                  Thus the snapdeal representative contact and gave an idiot solution of the problem hence there are selling an illegal product in there website and the yoo octira c4 mobile it is totally different product as it was delivered to me the sanapdeal say to contact octira service center but the octira company and manufacture is not exist in india and service center there stupid local webpage showing other mobile phone i am sure it is also defect pieces these octira company does not provide user manual and service center card and warrenty also i would not buy any product from snapdeal website since there are selling such defect products not even of Rs 1

                                    I purchased a Bluetooth heheadseSony sbh20 through Snapdeal on emi, after two weeks they cancelled the order and told me item is unavailable, then again i booked same product, it is not shipped till now. Now the product rate is higher than when i booked, if they cancel this too, i will miss the product when it was low price in amazon at that time, when i purchased it

                                    I purchased two Bluetooth headset Sony sbh20, when it was low price, now the order was cancelled and again i booked the same, and still now they are not even shipped it, i think they are going to cancel it too, saying product is not available, they made me miss the same product from another website for low price. Now the product price is higher. In that site and Snapdeal too, i think they are trying to cheat customers, when another site like amazon or flipkart offer a product for low price, Snapdeal will make lower price offer and will order it from Snapdeal, then they will kept us waiting for one week and then they will cancel the order saying item is not available, at that time the offer on other site will not be over still then. And we're will miss purchasing the product at low price. The item will still be available on Snapdeal but in high price, so if we want to purchase it, we had to pay more money than we could have got it if Snapdeal didn't cheated us.

                                      I have returned my mobile phone but I didn't get my refund amount till now
                                      I have contacted your customer care number they are telling that you will get refund amount in 2 days this repeated for last 10 days and now when I tried calling they are saying that server is down Cal at 9 pm I called at 9 pm they said to Cal at 11 pm. Itz been 15 days that I have returned my order. I didn't receive my refund until now. Please resolve my problem.                                         I ordered Bed side table from Snapdeal on 30th AUGUST, 2016. Order number - [protected]. Entire amount was paid on 30th August itself. I eagerly kept waiting for my order. After 17 days when there was no update, I called Snapdeal customer care only to hear that my order has been cancelled.I was told that the seller ' Spacewood' cannot deliver the product. If they couldn't why they take order in first place.
