I ordered two products. Only one product was delivered. No other product is delivered. He sent only one product using both bill and tracking id for both products.
Snapdeal didn't help me with this. And my refunds have not been paid.
Please help me.

सर हमने snapdeal online shoping aaps से एक 4k बॉक्स ख़रीदा जिसका नाम f-tv box है जिसके बारे में लिखा गया था की एक बार इन्वेस्ट करे 5008 रुपये और लाइफ़ टाइम फ़्री में सभी टी॰वी॰ चेंनल देखें मगर एसा कुछ नहीं है पहले तो ये चाईनिज प्रॉडक्ट है जो कि 200 रुपये के भी लायक़ नहीं है हमने ये प्रॉडक्ट 01/07/2020 को लिया सर ये बहुत ही घटिया प्रॉडक्ट है सर हम एक बहुत ही ग़रीब परिवार से बिलोंग करते है हमारे लिए 5008 रुपये बहुत माने रखते है सर हमारी मदद कीजिये प्लीज़ मुझे ये प्रॉडक्ट नहीं चाहिये

The company show free delivery on order but take delivery charges.

I have paid rs1509/- for puchase of contactless thermometer by
Icici bank debit card on 25 june 20, message i received transaction failed
And snapdeal instructed me to try payment again, but icici debited the amount to my account. I request you to credit the said amount to my account so that i can try for the payment.

Not refunding

I have ordered a product from snapdeal and prepaid the full amount (675rs) while booking it on May 3rd which is ‘accu-chek ACTIVE 50 SUGAR TEST STRIPS Expiry Mar-2021’ and they have updated me on 12th May as the product has been delivered which is incorrect. Below are the details related to the product. order ID: [protected] suborder ID: [protected] booked Date:[protected] paid amount: 675rs reference number: 65388265 I am contacting snapdeal from may 12th and following it up regularly from then onwards when they updated me as the order has been delivered which is incorrect as the product is not received by me or my family members/neighbors or any other known persons. I am seeing a general message reply from snapdeal from more than one and half month without any action from their end like the order has been delivered by our courier partner and we are tracking the proof of delivery of your item and do allow us a few days to update you on this and is delayed due to corona lock down restrictions. I have requested the below details from snapdeal since they updated me as the order has been delivered from delhivery courier(tracking id[protected] is delivered but no response for the proof of delivery or the details requested. delivered Executive Name: delivered Executive Mobile no: delivered Address details: date & Time of delivery: recepient Name who took the delivery: recepient Mobile NO who took the delivery: recepient signature who took the delivery: call me if you require any info from me on [protected]. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

I got a call from snapdeal that i win tata safari rs1260000. Then they asked me that u want cash or tata safari. I told them cash. Then they told me to pay first 3500rs. After i put money, then they told me to pay 15600rs. Then they told me to pay income tax 25200. At that time i asked them whether i should pay more money. They told me, no. After paying 25200rs they r telling to pay more money. What should i do? Is it fake call. Please help me.

The anjeer packet that i received had small insects inside it.

This shows that the shopkeeper sent me an old stock without checking the product first.

I have opened the packet, and was shocked to see the insects.

Tell me what action will be taken on the shopkeeper.

I have received a call from snapdeal that you are the winner of first prize of snapdeal site. That is mahindra xuv 500 or 1480000. They are asking money to deposit amount. Please confirm is it genuine or fraud call. I can't understand this is call from snapdeal site or this is the fraud call. Please resolve my problem. My phone number is [protected]

I purchased an apple magsafe power adaptor on snapdeal in oct19. This product has stopped working. As per apple policy, accessories like power adaptors are covered under a global 1 year warranty and hence this product is eligible for replacement.
I reached out to snapdeal with the original invoice copy + photo of original box of the product (With bar code and serial number) and they asked me to visit an apple service centre.
I have carried the product, invoice and original box to apple authorised service centre for replacement, however, they are unable to verify the product's serial number with apple's records. It is standard practice to verify apple product's serial number against apple records. Anyone can do this online on apple website as well. I have tried myself and indeed, this product's serial number can not be verified on apple website.
Since apple service centre can not trace serial number, they are unable to help and hence have said that the product can therefore be replaced only by the “point of purchase”
I have gone back to snap deal multiple times for resolution of the issue, however, like a stuck tape recorder, they keep repeating the same thing - "your purchase has a manufacturer warranty which requires you to visit apple service center if you face any issues with your item".
Its a shame as either snapdeal is not interested in protecting / servicing its customers or they have sold me a fake product

I got a phone call just now saying that i won SUV car on buying brass gold necklace set. I know its a fraud call n i wanted to complaint abt it to u. The phone number i got d call is [protected]. Please note it n take requied action against d fraudster

On 24 Jun 2020 I have got whatsapp msg as attached below from mob no. [protected], called himself as Mr Pankaj Singh Bhadauria, from Snapdeal, and said that you are the winner of Snapdeal Lucky draw of 1st Prize that is Mahindra XUV500 or Rs 1485000, if you want any of this send Rs 14800 to Account No. [protected], IFSC Code - SBIN0011506. After some research i came across these sites Snapdealluckdraws.org.in, Snapdealwinnerlist2020.in, Snapdealluckydraw.in....

I ordered 1 item and within 5 minutes i canceled it due to some problem and my money has not refund.

I have not received my order. But, it show delivered

They are not taking my tshirt back. And they are saying the return request has been closed. Please help me in returning the product back.

This is to inform you that i have purchased on june 10, 2020 a durable car fording trash bin storage bucket magic container (Black) which i got delivery on june 13, 2020 and what i received i have enclosed the picture, now i am requesting to snapdeal to return my product as i received wrong product.

They are regularly make sure to not pickup the item from june 17, 2020 daily evening they send message that they will pick up the product and daily afternoon i got the message that product pick up is rescheduled for tomorrow. After repeating the same msgs from last 8 days product is not yet picked up (Enclosing pictures of messages received from courier)

Complaint is not about the value of product its about how snapdeal is making fool of there customer and nobody is bother to listen, same i have complaint in snapdeal earlier but response from snapdeal was not satisfactory.

Requesting you to please help and take necessary action against the complaint, so that people don not suffer and face these types of problem.
