Sanpdeal is misusing data of customers as everytime i purchase from snapdeal i got fraud calls (Pic and message enclosed).

Please look into the matter that who is leaking customer data.

    I have ordered ez' playmates robo magic car on 13th/june/2020. Since delivery delayed so i cancelled my order on 24th/june/2020. Then too your courier partner tried to deliver the product on 30th/june/2020. But still i haven't received my amount back to my bank account. I tried several times to explain things with your customer care executive but they are pathetic even they are not sharing my complaint id with me. Please help me out in resolving this matter. I just need my money back.

      Good afternoon sir/madam... I ordered a samsung battery in snapdeal at 14/6/2020. The battery size is not suitable for my phone so i choose the return the battery, on the pick-up day, the delievery executive should cancel my pick up service... And i will wait for 6 days for reschedule pick up option, but no use.. On 26/6/2020 i cancel my return order.. So i return the battery can you help me??

              Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Shipping charges are waived off on the prepaid orders. However, if you are placing an order on cash on delivery then COD charges are applicable which can be viewed on the payment page.

                I have paid rs1509/- for puchase of contactless thermometer by
                Icici bank debit card on 25 june 20, message i received transaction failed
                And snapdeal instructed me to try payment again, but icici debited the amount to my account. I request you to credit the said amount to my account so that i can try for the payment.

                    I have ordered a product from snapdeal and prepaid the full amount (675rs) while booking it on May 3rd which is ‘accu-chek ACTIVE 50 SUGAR TEST STRIPS Expiry Mar-2021’ and they have updated me on 12th May as the product has been delivered which is incorrect. Below are the details related to the product. order ID: [protected] suborder ID: [protected] booked Date:[protected] paid amount: 675rs reference number: 65388265 I am contacting snapdeal from may 12th and following it up regularly from then onwards when they updated me as the order has been delivered which is incorrect as the product is not received by me or my family members/neighbors or any other known persons. I am seeing a general message reply from snapdeal from more than one and half month without any action from their end like the order has been delivered by our courier partner and we are tracking the proof of delivery of your item and do allow us a few days to update you on this and is delayed due to corona lock down restrictions. I have requested the below details from snapdeal since they updated me as the order has been delivered from delhivery courier(tracking id[protected] is delivered but no response for the proof of delivery or the details requested. delivered Executive Name: delivered Executive Mobile no: delivered Address details: date & Time of delivery: recepient Name who took the delivery: recepient Mobile NO who took the delivery: recepient signature who took the delivery: call me if you require any info from me on [protected].                       I got a call from snapdeal that i win tata safari rs1260000. Then they asked me that u want cash or tata safari. I told them cash. Then they told me to pay first 3500rs. After i put money, then they told me to pay 15600rs. Then they told me to pay income tax 25200. At that time i asked them whether i should pay more money. They told me, no. After paying 25200rs they r telling to pay more money. What should i do? Is it fake call. Please help me.

                        The anjeer packet that i received had small insects inside it.

                        This shows that the shopkeeper sent me an old stock without checking the product first.

                        I have opened the packet, and was shocked to see the insects.

                        Tell me what action will be taken on the shopkeeper.

                              I purchased an apple magsafe power adaptor on snapdeal in oct19. This product has stopped working. As per apple policy, accessories like power adaptors are covered under a global 1 year warranty and hence this product is eligible for replacement.
                              I reached out to snapdeal with the original invoice copy + photo of original box of the product (With bar code and serial number) and they asked me to visit an apple service centre.
                              I have carried the product, invoice and original box to apple authorised service centre for replacement, however, they are unable to verify the product's serial number with apple's records. It is standard practice to verify apple product's serial number against apple records. Anyone can do this online on apple website as well. I have tried myself and indeed, this product's serial number can not be verified on apple website.
                              Since apple service centre can not trace serial number, they are unable to help and hence have said that the product can therefore be replaced only by the “point of purchase”
                              I have gone back to snap deal multiple times for resolution of the issue, however, like a stuck tape recorder, they keep repeating the same thing - "your purchase has a manufacturer warranty which requires you to visit apple service center if you face any issues with your item".
                              Its a shame as either snapdeal is not interested in protecting / servicing its customers or they have sold me a fake product
