My name is rita moitra, my order id is [protected]. Snapdeal has shipped a faulty item to me and they are not picking it up, i have raised multiple complaints everytime i get a call from their call center these guys verify my number and advise that the item will be pick up in two to three days, it has been more than 20 days the item is not yet been picked up every time i raise a request the courier cancels it, the reason given is wrong number....

I am trying to order something. But my area pin code not avilable for delivery... Why? Please solve this problem... Because i like to shop on snapdeal and i want to shop... But i am felling helpless for unavilable this (Cash on dilivery) option... Before somtime i was used this site for shopping... And i fell great experience... I ordered two different pair of shoes from snapdeal on 3rd of june 2020. Snapdeal promised me product will be deliver on 10th june which is not happened, then again postponed the date to 13th june, again not delivered my shoes. Again postponed the date to 16th june and same as not delivered the product.

This is to complaint about the service provided by snapdeal, as they have no shame to actually understand if the customer is happy or not!!
Ordered a writing tablet for my nephew but unfortunately due to covid-19 he was unable to visit us. The product was delivered to me on 11 may 2020, to which i requested a return on 12 may 2020.
Knowing the fact that could take more then there normal return time, i waited for 7 days. br...

It's been years and i have complained about it before too and later fou d this site to officially complaint.
I purchased pendrive and data usb and i returned the product. They said i would get the refund but i didn't. I called the customer support they asked me to provide my account pdf i sent them, fraud people still didn't refund. Don't believe them. They cheat you to core. They will not even response. I just want to share you some details which i faced with snapdeal recently. Actually i ordered a boat speaker for 1400 rupees. The delivery boy delivered the product and i was very excited to open the box. First i opened the snapdeal cover which you packed exactly with bill. But inside the curtain box was opened already and the boat branded box was fully damaged there is no product inside the box actually i got cheated...

I had placed an order for a gas stove in nov. 2019 video order no. [protected]. The stove was never delivered but was told that the item is delivered. When the docket status was checked it showed that the item was delivered in mumbai, whereas am in hyderabad.

Had raised several complaints but snap deal staff are shameless and didn't provide any resolution.
