My name is rita moitra, my order id is [protected]. Snapdeal has shipped a faulty item to me and they are not picking it up, i have raised multiple complaints everytime i get a call from their call center these guys verify my number and advise that the item will be pick up in two to three days, it has been more than 20 days the item is not yet been picked up every time i raise a request the courier cancels it, the reason given is wrong number. I have placed two more orders after this one and i got calls for delivery, at the time of pick up how do you guys fail to contact me? In 20 days i have not received a single call. Wherein everytime the reason given is wrong number. This is cheating, snapdeal is a fraud brand, despite of having my right contact number these guys are not contacting me because they are in a business of cheting customers not trustworthy at all.
