To whomsoever it may concern

This is to inform you that i have purchased on june 10, 2020 a durable car fording trash bin storage bucket magic container (Black) which i got delivery on june 13, 2020 and what i received i have enclosed the picture, now i am requesting to snapdeal to return my product as i received wrong product.

They are regularly make sure to not pickup the item from june 17, 2020 daily evening they send message that they will pick up the product and daily afternoon i got the message that product pick up is rescheduled for tomorrow. After repeating the same msgs from last 8 days product is not yet picked up (Enclosing pictures of messages received from courier)

Complaint is not about the value of product its about how snapdeal is making fool of there customer and nobody is bother to listen, same i have complaint in snapdeal earlier but response from snapdeal was not satisfactory.

Requesting you to please help and take necessary action against the complaint, so that people don not suffer and face these types of problem.

        Two or three days back i was searching bluethooth headfon and ordered it. But after then. Fake calls started coming on my same. No share with snapdeal. It means my no and my data has been leaked from your end. You have to make it sure that data shared by the customer should not be leaked but it happened. Take matrer seriously other you will dealt in court after that. The no.. From which i received call is [protected]

          On 27 may i placed my replace request, since i did not get my order on mentioned date i mailed you and received the message that you will get your order on 11 june then 17 june and now its 22 june. Now i am seriously not interested in knowing the problem and in your product so please initiate my payment today itself. It's enough of your company, everyday i was messaging, you say we are sorry for the delay in this situation and you also said that now we have put your order on urgent basis, you will get your product in 24 hours and you are just making up stories everyday. I do understand the ongoing situation but i must say other companies are doing well as compared to you at this time.
          Now i request you please initiate my refund today itself i don't want your product and definitely won't recommend anyone to place order on your site.

                My name is rita moitra, my order id is [protected]. Snapdeal has shipped a faulty item to me and they are not picking it up, i have raised multiple complaints everytime i get a call from their call center these guys verify my number and advise that the item will be pick up in two to three days, it has been more than 20 days the item is not yet been picked up every time i raise a request the courier cancels it, the reason given is wrong number. I have placed two more orders after this one and i got calls for delivery, at the time of pick up how do you guys fail to contact me? In 20 days i have not received a single call. Wherein everytime the reason given is wrong number. This is cheating, snapdeal is a fraud brand, despite of having my right contact number these guys are not contacting me because they are in a business of cheting customers not trustworthy at all.

                Thanks for your reply Sir, i got a call from Snapdeal two days ago that my number was not correct, my number has been updated verified on all 15 calls i've made in a span of a month, I am going round in circles, you guys r taking me for a spin, this is complete fraud. Why do u guys say on every call that u have my right number and then close my pick up request with a reason incorrect number? This is a will issue, you guys have robbed me by selling a faulty item, utterly disappinting. Snapdeal has cheated me, this is not acceptable at all.

                      The product which i received was totally different with different brand. Than i raised a return request for refund and mentioned the issue properly with photos and a pickup was scheduled by ecom courier but the pickup was declined by your courier boy as the product was different and he suggested me to contact snapdeal to send an email to their manager in the hub regarding the same to pick this exception. I have contacted snapdeal via whatapp and by email regarding the same but they gave no satisfactory response. Even snapdeal's whatsapp helpline executives reply after 10-12 minutes after each message i sent.
                      So, snapdeal is not cooperating with me and this company don't want to pick this product

                            I ordered two different pair of shoes from snapdeal on 3rd of june 2020. Snapdeal promised me product will be deliver on 10th june which is not happened, then again postponed the date to 13th june, again not delivered my shoes. Again postponed the date to 16th june and same as not delivered the product.
                            Sincere request to you please take action against snapdeal which is totally fraud.

                              Sir today (16/06/2020) morning some one call me and tell that i won a contest while i book a product from snapdeal and they said that i won rs 1260000 in the form of a tata safari car and ask me to pay 3500 as a registration fee. I paid that amount to account [protected] account holder viswajit bhera and he gave me some photos and called the md of snapdeal branch. He also give some doccuments such as his id adhaar driving liesence shoown on the below. He convinced me that he is from snapdeal and i won their 1st price. I paid 3500 and after they contact me and tell that they are ready to send 1260000 to my account but i have to pay rs 18900 as the tds applicable in india 1.5%. Then i havemy own doubts and i ask them to refund my money but they don't give my money they cheated me. Please do remedial actions against them

                                I ordered Three Books from Snapdeal on 8 June 2020. On the website it said easy return and no where it mentioned about no return only replacement but when I received the Books they all were Pirated/cheap quality and One of the book was even secondhand(someone used it) and I urged for Return but it said now only replacement can be initiated, Return in invalid. I asked for the customer care about the issue they too said that Product is only applicable for replacement only and it was mentioned on the website product description. When I asked they to show me where it is mentioned they refused to show me.

                                All Books are Pirated, Cheap and bad quality.

[protected]" and calling me by a person who identify himself as snapdeal employee he asked to me for taking a prize for lucky draw first prize as a safari vehicle or money instead of the vehicle, and also ask me to send 🔙 them my adhaar card and photo.

                                    This is to complaint about the service provided by snapdeal, as they have no shame to actually understand if the customer is happy or not!!
                                    Ordered a writing tablet for my nephew but unfortunately due to covid-19 he was unable to visit us. The product was delivered to me on 11 may 2020, to which i requested a return on 12 may 2020.
                                    Knowing the fact that could take more then there normal return time, i waited for 7 days.
                                    They are continuously neglecting the customer request and keep on saying that we have rescheduled the return and thier courier person will pick up the package in 2-3 days... But it’s high time on. Today on the same date 12 th i had issued a return request last month.
                                    They haven’t send any one from past 1 month now. It’s a shame how snapdeal is working carelessly and not caring about their customer satisfaction.
                                    Had talk with their case manager
                                    And others like.. Tamanna, karan garg and jaspreet. Each of the customer care team member is useless.
                                    Had the worst experience ever online!!!
                                    Would never recommend snapdeal to any one regarding anything.

                                      It's been years and i have complained about it before too and later fou d this site to officially complaint.
                                      I purchased pendrive and data usb and i returned the product. They said i would get the refund but i didn't. I called the customer support they asked me to provide my account pdf i sent them, fraud people still didn't refund. Don't believe them. They cheat you to core. They will not even response. I have attached pictures also. Please take action.
